[u]Late News[/u] [b]American Commonwealth allows West Virginian Independence Referendum, and it passes![/b] The short lived West Virginian government in Exile announced its dissolution today as the American Commonwealth allowed its state of West Virginia to secede, and form its own nation. With this, the new government of a Free West Virginia has begun to re-organize the Armed Forces in Exile, and assume control of many of the Exiled Governments duties, and responsibilities, including the defense of Emmeria. However, since the Exiled Government has dissolved itself, much of Emmeria has fallen into chaos due to a perceived lack of defense. Therefor other than the immediate area around Harlingrad(Sioux Falls), there is nothing but anarchy. OOC: tldr, dissolved the western Portion of West Virginia except the immediate area around Sioux Falls, so it is open for someone to claim.

The West Virginian Military Council based in Sioux Falls extends defacto recognition to this nation, and offers any sort of assistance necessary.

West Virginia will Vote for the establishment of the HQ in Merida As to other concerns brought to the Floor, we shall abstain from voting, for we do not know these countries very well, and thus do not oppose, or endorse their joining the Organization.

We suggest that Exercises be held in multiple locations to simulate differing fields. Perhaps the West Virginian Appalacians, Kansas, and other locations could also be visited during the course of the exercises. Just a question. I see the term Sixth Generation Fighter thrown around a lot, but I don't see much of a difference between it and Fifth Generation Fighters. What is CNRP's Definition of the Difference Between them? I know Lockheed has defined it as a Self-Healing Aircraft, Boeing doesn't have a definition, and its widely accepted that it will most likely be unmanned with manned control craft.

West Virginia has no problems with these changes, however it must consult with the American Commonwealth before fully ratifying such a treaty. Their Response shall be our own.

The Military Council of West Virginia believes that these terms should be rejected. One should come home under their own force of arms, and will.

Emmeria will be a Protectorate, and to an Extent Client State of West Virginia.
