I am not sure that the number of treaties are the appropriate, or at least only, measure of "political activity". And then, while this is just conjecture, there might be a number of different reasons why people either decide to play or not to play, other then the presence or lack of treaties. But then again, I could be wrong.

Interesting conclusion that you jumped to there. But hardly a "correlation". Thanks for posting your treaties for all to see. And if congratulations are in order, then congratulations.

What? Hummmm. Red herring, much? I think that RE may have exceeded their casuality count in this round with their typed words in this thread. Or I could be wrong.

Tibs did answer a few posts ago.... Sounds to me that RE will only use sanctions in defense of or retaliation against rogues.

Thanks for the response, Tibs. And as to this: The OP currently has 140 members. There are 580 Blue Team nations. OP does not feel that having 24% of the Blue nations is "owning" anything. Just as I am guessing that RE does not think that they "own" anything with their 28%. But then again, I could be wrong.

It seems to me that this question and answer effects more alliances then just the OP and therefore is an appropriate question for the public to see just as the answer would be appropriate for the public to see. There are a number of alliances on Blue that might be curious about the answer. This is not just about the OP, it is about the Blue Team. That is the way I see it, but of course, I could be wrong.

Ferrie, I did not hit Anarchy until about Day 25. Spent about 40 days at war during the round. But never had to re-roll and in fact ended up and #2 in OP. And was actually attacked by two TPF nations with less than 30 minutes left in the Round. Look forward to fighting with or against you and yours this new round.

I like you Ferrie. But then again, I like everyone, mostly. But then again, I was never able to get you into Anarchy last round, so it must not be "true love".

This was my second round in TE. In my first round, I ended up ranked #80. In this round, I have so many battle scars, I can barely see the keyboard. But I can assure you that I enjoyed this round much more than the last. Jim has done a wonderful job pulling together and leading the OP. I only wish he would remain as leader next round. I have met a number of new players, fought along side of an against some great people. I have gained respect for several of them and for several alliances. I look forward to the next round. Thanks Jim and all of TE for an enjoyable round.

Agreed! Last round I was in the top 100 on NS. This round I will likely be in the top 10 in causalities. So "Thanks!" Now, off to find targets for when we get to have fun again!

I am looking forward to ODN, PU, WAPA and the Birds taking part in this time out. The blood has been running too pink of late. This way, we can get back to Red Blood. I have been involved in over 22 individual battles and all of my attackers / attackees (is that really a word?) have been honorable. So on to Friday. So time for a smoke!
