we do have treaties that offer protection to our alliance. The government chose to keep them out of the charter to avoid reworking should communication with our treaty partners break down in future. We have also decided to keep treaty relations off this topic knowing what the OWF can be like. This is all about our rebranding and to dispel rumours surrounding our change. We wish to remain focused on that subject for the time being.

Our charter only concerns the members of our alliance and any visitors on our forum when they are on our forum and do not relate to any foreign powers.

as for Burmooda and chairmen these are not spelling mistakes they are deliberate.

The charter is a working progress and we do have an economics department it comes under the internal affairs department. All of our memberss are aware oof it we mearly overlooked the fact that the world at large may not. As for the mistakes and contradictions they can be worked out and reworded.

I accept the critique and will speak to the rest of the government about rephrasing that part of our charter.

The statement Hello and greetings to the CN world. I am here to make and official statement on behalf of the United Republic of Nations and dispel a number of rumours currently being bandied about the CN world. First I will deal with the rumours. The decision to revert back to our original name from The Outlaws Republic was a decision made internally and had nothing to do with Timberland or the two attacks made on the nations that were formally members of TOR. The decision was taken in light of the reputation TOR had in the CN world and we felt a new name and direction was needed in order to distance ourselves from that. At no time was Timberland discussed during those deliberations or indeed any time during either incarnation of URON or TOR. The next is that Mattthecelt, former leader of Tor quit because of Timberland. If this is true no member of URON or remaining members of Tor are privy to this information or any conversations that have taken place between Timberland and Matt before his departure, and as far as we are concerned has nothing to do with us as an alliance and take no part in it. However what little information Matt gave us after quitting never mentioned Timberland as a cause and we can confirm that for some time Matt was looking to quit CN as he believed CN to be finished and the next war will finish it entirely. We felt he saw being involved as more of a chore. TOR hasn’t been killed off, we have rebranded and redefined our alliance into a more robust incarnation, with a government now that involves more than one person. Mattthecelt is not involved in our alliance any longer and he has no access to the alliance or our government. Any future statements made by Matt concerning our alliance are no official government statements and do not represent the opinions or feelings of the current URON government. As for Timberland we do not know why he attacked the two nations of TOR and the only information we have been given is as far as we are concerned just rumour as we have seen no logs or government statements to suggest anything else. Up until the two attacks were made none of the surviving members who transferred from TOR to URON have had dealings with Timberland or knew of his existence. Timberland is not and never has been a member of URON or TOR so does not officially speak for us and is not privy to any high level government communications. As far as we are concerned his statements concerning our alliance and former leader are designed to gain some sort of response from us from which we will not rise to the bait and this will be the last statement our alliance will make on the matter as we feel that the CN world deserve to hear two sides of the story. Now down to the announcement. We the former members of TOR have decided that the ethos that TOR represented is no longer working and that our former path was leading down the road of destruction from within. So we had three options. They were disband, merge or rebrand. After lengthy deliberations on each one weighing out the pros and cons, we decided that we as a unit actually can work very well so rebrand and reform into something new was the best option. So we decided to return to our former name of URON, form a government and rewrite our charter. The charter is still a working progress but the government has been formed. The government comprises of four of our most senior members. Three of which will form the Burmooda Triangle and will make all the decisions that will affect the alliance. No member of the triumvate will have power or authority over another and all decisions will be based gleaning an agreement from all three members. The fourth will be a deputy whose input will be invaluable as a member of the alliance but will not have voting power. They will also be first in line should any of the other three resign their post. Government is made up as such Lord Vescus of Astropin Chairman of Internal affairs Arcecus of Vahalla chairman of defence and war Praetor Luke of Manussa chairman of foreign affairs Prime Minister Rav of Guron Deputy chairman Under our new guise as URON we will honour any treaties and friendships we had under TOR and while we are not yet ready to sign any new treaties we will welcome new friends. SECTION 1, GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES 1. THE BURNOODA TRIANGLE; The Burnooda Triangle consists of the three Chairmen, leaders, of the United Republic of Nations (URON). The three chairmen will elaborate any matter involving URON. Official acts on major decisions can only occure if all three Chairmen agree. If even one of the three appeal the decision, then it no longer stands. 2. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES; Each Chairmen holds individual minor responsibilities that they can act soley on. BUT there action can be overuled by the others if they deem the action wrong. 2a. THE CHAIRMEN OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS; This Chairmen holds responsibility over setting up internal trade circles, getting tech deals started, ennacting justice against members that break any of URON's posted rules and settling disputes amongsts members of the alliance. 2b. THE CHAIRMEN OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS; This Chairmen holds responsibility over diplomatic actions. He/she would represent our interests to other alliances, begin friendships with other AAs, and begin talk of potential treaties. He/she can also locate foreign AAs with tech dealers on hand. 3b. THE CHAIRMEN OF WAR; This Chairmen is responsible for monthly warchest, evaluating military count of smaller nations, dealing with rouges, and strategizing in times of war. This chairmen will also make war declaration official, but cannot declare war without the others approval. 3. WAR DECLARATION; War cannot be declared by URON unless agreed upon by all three members of URON's Burnooda Triangle or if we are pulled in via MDP or MDoAP treaties we may have with another AA. 4. DEPUTY CHAIRMEN; The Deputy Chairmen is a member of URON's government, but does not operate within the Burnooda Triangle. He/she can voice his/hers opinion on certain matters, but cannot declare law or vote upon decisions. SECTION 2, THE RULES 1. WAR DECLARATION; Any nation that is a member of the United Republic of Nations may not declare war on another nation without prior approval from one of the members of URON's Burnooda Triangle. 2. ORDER RESPONSE; When a member of URON's Burnooda Triangle asks you to do something, you do it. If however you feel that the order is wrong, you can send your complaints to the other Chairmen to hear there word of the matter. 3. URON APPLIANCE; A nation applying to join our alliance that is in a war must peace out of the wars that they are involved in before an application can be accepted. Also the nation that is in a war when an application is submitted may not in no way put the United Republic of Nations in their alliance affiliation while they are waiting to peace out of a war so applications can be accepted. 4. NATION SPYING; Spying on other nations is prohibited unless stated otherwise by atleast two of the Burnooda Triangle. 5. TECH RAIDING; Tech raiding nations is strictly prohibited. 6. INFORMATION LEEKING; Sharing information with another alliance or nation is prohibited unless otherwise stated to do so by a member of URON's Burnooda Triangle. 7. FORUM VISITATION; It is recommended that the forums be visited often to make sure the membership stays caught up on the current events of the alliance. 8. IRC AND OWF; All nations including foreign nations must conduct them selves in the proper manner on IRC or the OWF. While we are tolerant, you are to represent the alliance on the channel. Think before you answer anything. No nation can post on the OWF in the name of the alliance unless first cleared by atleast two of the members of URON's Burnooda Triangle. Trolling will not be tollerated on either the IRC or OWF and no nation can post a declaration of war on the OWF or IRC unless first cleared by atleast two members of the Burnooda Triangle. 9.TECH DEALS; All URON nations must honour their tech deals. If you enter into a trade then you have entered an agreement that must be followed through. All nations must enter into the aid reason that its a tech deal and how much for. Any nation that for what ever reason must let URON's Burnooda Triangle know if they are unable to complete or have problems with a tech deal. 10.WARCHESTS; All nations must keep a warchest and all nations must complete the monthly warchest check in. If a nation for what ever the reason can not complete a warchest check in or can not sustain a warchest, that nation must contact the Chairmen of War immediatly. 11. BULLYING; Bullying will not be tollerated period. People from all walks of life play Cybernations and URON is an inclusive alliance. If you have a problem with people who are different to you take it to another alliance, its not welcome here. If you are having problems with another member that can be called bullying then let a member of URON's Burnooda Triangle know with any evidence you have. We are one big family here and while we understand that sometimes families have disagreements, we dont want our members feeling they have to leave because someone has taken an arguement to the next level that includes on the forum, the OWF, ingame or the IRC channel. 12. AID; while URON will do anything to help nations who are members financially. There are step we must take to prevent nations taking advantage of this facility. If you feel you need aid everytime your bills come in then your military is more then likely too big for your nation. In this case you need to reduce your military to fit in with your nation size. All nations who request aid to pay bills will have their military size monitored and if it is deemed to be too large aid may be refused until the said nation makes cuts in its military. If you require aid to complete a tech deal, then in this instance your nation is spending far too much money and not able to honour their deals. A nation will only be given aid once in this instance and also warned to check their spending and bills, If a nation has to request aid to pay a tech deal for a second time then that nation will be in danger of being removed from the alliance. If aid is being given for a specific item such as nation building or wonder purchase then the money given must be used for that purpose. A nation building grant must be spent on Infrastructure, land or improvements only. Nation building does not include Technology purchases. Nations who do not comply may be asked to pay the money back to the financing nation or another member who requires aid. 13. EMBASSIES; while all nations can have access to our embassies on other alliance forums all nations must conduct themselves in a manner that is conducive of friendship. No nation is allowed to post official government responses to posts on other alliance forums period. Only official government responses can be made by a member of URON's overall government. NO spying on an alliance forum unless it is first sanctioned by at least two members of URON's Burnooda Triangle. However the perma zi comment was a rash thing to say for that I appologise.

I am here to announce that The Outlaws republic will be making big changes over the next week. These will include government, name and laws. Mattthecelt our former leader and founder has quit the alliance and CN. The remaining members have voted to remain as an alliance but to make changes in the direction we were going. We as an alliance were often not privy to a great deal of what went on behind closed doors or decisions that were made by our late leader until they were made. Over the next week we will make an announcement of the changes

The attack on our alliance is unprovoked and cowardly. You hit two tiny nations who can not attack you back and all because you and a former member of ours had a fall out. Those two nations or any of us had anything to do with yours and mattthecelt's argument, however you still seem to think a vendetta on two nations that can not defend themselves against you is justified. Those of us who remain as TOR had nothing to do with or was not involved in the decisions our former leader made. We were at the time an autocracy. But I didn't see you build your nation up to the level you could lay an attack on the nation you had a problem with. This is the only time anyone from TOR will make a comment on our attack as we are looking to the future and not the past. Thank you all for your time.

Hello first glitch is thus. I went to deploy too many soldiers and as you do the game warned me that if I did I would go into anarchy. So with this knowledge I clicked cancel. However the game decided to deploy my soldiers anyway and forced my nation into anarcy. The second is that the game will not allow me to launch a nuclear missle attack keeps telling me I have to wait until after 24 hours of delcaring war. I declared war at 4.15 CN server time on 27/01/2013. I went to launch my nuclear attack on 4.48 CN server time on 28/01/2013 how long after the 24 hours do you actually have to wait.

couple of problems, the first is that I went to deploy soldiers it was too many and threatened to push me into anarchy.
