This is what I offer as reperations: - 3 mil and 50 tech for violating my nation's sovereignty. - 3 mil and 50 tech per 20 infra. - 3 mil and 50 tech per 20 tech stolen/destroyed. - 3 mil and 50 tech per 20 miles of land stolen/destroyed. - 3 mil and 50 tech for total soldiers/tanks/cruise missile costs. - 3 mil and 50 tech per every 3 days of war. You say 3 mil and 50 tech because that is one aid slot - you don't want them filling up your aid slots.
  2. I buy infra as I go without improvement swapping. I do this because I like to be ready for war and not appear inactive. There are more factors than simply what makes you the largest amount of money.
  3. If you are a tech seller take the advice of the previous posters. However, if you have friends that want to aid you a lot of money, go for Factories so you can spend their money on infra. Otherwise, go for Banks or Stadiums.
  4. If I were in your position I would get the Hidden Missile Silo because a) it is cool to have extra nukes that can't be spied away and b) perhaps more importantly, the added nation strength of 5 extra nukes would be enough to get you into 4th place on the nation strenght chart, ahead of Lantincia.
  5. Militarisation only provides temporary growth. This. TOP could almost make it.
  6. Wonder clock is most important. Also, why do you have 2 Guerilla Camps when you're not at war? Seriously, use this as an oppotunity for a full nation audit.
  7. Heh, well I'm not up for regulating the tech market. But I'm just saying there are certain people that come into an alliance and start undercutting everyone. It's really annoying. Having said that...I'd give 3 mil for 150 tech anyday!
  8. Taken from LynnCreed's sig - I sell tech. 50 for every 1 mil you send me. there's a long line though. You're cheating other tech sellers. 3 mil for 100 tech is a pretty good deal for all concerned.
  9. Aqua, Blue and Orange dominate this thing. MHA will overtake Sparta. It is inevtiable.

If Admin was to implement the suggested changes, I believe it is good having events that reward paying attention to a) knowledge of the game; b) discussing the event (here or on IRC or on alliance boards). Which is why I like the black and white events where there are positive and negative options that make stretch your knowledge of the CN mechanics and make you think long and hard before selecting your response. * I made this a double-post post because I didn't want to clog up the OP.
  11. I believe we need more positive events, changing the ratio to around 70% (+) / 30% (-). The current system does not adaquetly reward people who are active, and does not do anything to discourage longer periods of inactivity (or, larger nations improvement swapping) My reasoning behind this is that it will: - Encourage and reward more activity - Benefit smaller nations (as bigger nations are more likely not to collect for several days, improvement-swaping) - Make people look foward to events (as many people don't like the current situation) I check my nation every day. I believe that through events I should be rewarded for paying more attention than others (who check every few days).
  12. Like the topic says, this is not exactly a high priority problem, but a problem nonetheless. The Improvements listed are in alphabetical order. The problem with here is that Satellites are listed after Schools and Stadiums.
  13. As you are at six and a half thousand infrastructure, I strongly recommend the Interstate System. That would be the ideal 3rd wonder to get. It might cost a bit now, but it is worth the savings. Or you could even look into the National Research Lab or the Great Temple. The former helps with population, the latter helps with income.

Benefits of joining an alliance - They often give you money - They often help you with the game - They provide a pretty decent community as you get to know other players well - They often will support you in war Negatives of joining an alliance - You might not like your allies - You might not agree with their CN politics - They might help you - They might get you unnecessarily into wars Your choice.
  15. They are still angry at you for having relatively high tax rates. They always will be. The result of the +1 happiness you gained is roughly equivalent to +2 core income. In other words, you nation will benefit economically.
  16. Having looked at your improvements, I would actually suggest getting Clinics before buying any more Border Walls or getting any Police HQ's. The added population will help you get more improvements quicker.

  19. I don't think tech does at that level. Land might via environment and population size.
  20. Kind of off the topic a little...but. My citizens (before tax) are making $416. The only differences between our nations are: - You have a Disaster Relief Agency whereas I have the Internet - You have 1 more Border Walls I don't think Infra, Land or Tech make much difference, but you have 400 more infra, 600 more land and 800 less tech. Presumably we both are optimising our Uranium resource for its financial benefits of Nuclear Power.
  21. If there was an improvement that straight out added 500 or 1,000 citizens that would help boost smaller nations. Big nations would profit too, but not in the same was as smaller nations.
  22. 4 Border Walls for a nation with less than 5k infra. No way, Jose! Drop at least three. Do it before collecting taxes so you can see how much extra you will make.
  23. New improvements which help nations around 15-40k NS would be good. This is a huge range of nations that find Wonders extremely expensive but have most of the improvements.
  24. I have had a red team trade for the past week. I was on the green team at the time of recieving the trade, but now I have just changed to red, yet I don't have the team bonus (+1 hap.). Do I wait for the next update? Or do I have to cancel and resend the trade?
  25. I would only join if Uranium was added to the list. (I have a Fish+Uranium trader that might be interested) I have Marble + Water.
