  1. Citizen income PLUS 2 and citizen income MINUS 5 are very very different
  2. Global Radiation Level. Many things affect it, but it mainly relates to the number of nations in Nuclear Anarchy - that means they have been hit by a nuclear weapon in warfare. Until everything from this conflict has totally settled then it will stay so high that even if you could gain by switching off the efects of uranium it wouldn't actually help you at this moment in time
  3. If it is completely voluntary then I don't see is being against any rules. The fact that it is to pay an in-game debt is not the issue, IMO. The issue is the extent to which the recipient is demanding it (none) and to which you are prepared to pay (fully).
  4. Uranium is not affecting your environment, and even if you did effect and you did cancel I doubt it would matter because GRL is so high.
  5. I doubt people will go to war over a screwed up GRL! Hey you ruined my environment with your casual attitude to nuke use. I'm going to war with you to teach you a lesson! WTF? You nuked me
  6. GRL is only costing 1/10 of my net daily income. I can live with it. Edit2: My fingers really aren't working today
  7. I tried to calculate the total value of all that infra lost using MFO. My browser crashed.
  8. The History of Cybernations is excellent. I'll find the link. No doubt someone will have it bookmarked and beat me to it but meh.
  9. IIRC, clicking on register from IP address that has already had a nation registered from it will bring an error. Perhaps your ISP changed your IP from when you registered? But following the advice above is still an execllent idea. Don't allow both nations to log in again from the same IP, and don't interact with war, aid, trade etc
  10. You want them to have limited tech raiding, but you do not know what it is?
  11. I seem to remember on previous threads about this matter, wars between allaince tags are provided so long as actual attacks are taking place, as so long as it is a real war. E.G - Two grounds batters, Two CM's and Two bombing runs would be allowed, a token CM in each direct every day would be seen as war slot filling.
  12. I've had three bad and two good events. One bad reduced the income i receive from the Mining Wonder I do not own. The current bad event removes my access to Affluent Population, which I do not receive anyway. The other bad event was -2% citizens. I had substantially worse events prior to their reworking.
  13. Or you just stay in house and train your own alliances smaller nations better, and only use them for tech deals when they have shown that they are relatively committed to the game.
  14. Three bad events over two days is the worst you can do, and if that bill locks you in twelve days then your nation, as already said, cannot be set up properly.
  15. Personally, I would favour the UHC.
  16. Damn. Knew it was there if I looked hard enough. Now I look really dopey. Thanks.
  17. Game Info says that you must have access to a Uranium Resource to build, what happens if you subsequently lose this trade? Do you lose the benefits of it? Obviously you will lose the income because you will no longer have the resource, but what about the Infra / Wonder / Improvement upkeep reductions?
  18. I had a -2% citizens, a + $2.00 and an event that cancels the benefits of a national wonder i do not own. Two of them are still current I'd say thats a good chance of a mix!
  19. Pay taxes with totalitarian Collection with Democracy Buy infra with Monarchy
  20. I seem to recall that this has come up before, or at least the issue of school/uni which is the same principal. Unfortunately I can't remember what the exact reasoning was for it being this way. Why you'd want to destroy a clinic i am a little unsure
