1. Down-Declare...as you call it, should be considered generally unacceptable. This one is a personal pet-peeve. #8. I don't get why Spy-Ops are now dirty, I must have missed that portion. And #5. You hit the nail on the head.

I don't really care about the monetary portion of the aid system. I feel that if you're not smart enough to save a war chest then you deserve what you get. That's like spending all your money before going on vacation. I would just really appreciate being able to send tech, and military. I always thought it would be cool if nations could send each other nuclear weapons. Even if it is a max of 1. Also, if it is limited aid, maybe the time periods could be increase from 10 to 20 days, or less aid slots could be available. Might not be a great idea but its all I have lol. EDIT: Just realized someone mentioned the 1 slot already.

I went from having 5 Aid slots to now only having 4. When I started my Nation I received aid for 2 separate tech deal and 3 slots were filled with new member aid from my alliance. One of those slots just expired today and I was trying to send tech to the purchasing nation, however it will not let me because it now says I can only have 4 active aid slots. I am really confused. I knew it used to be only 4, but since the game let me do 5 I thought there was perhaps a change. Is there like a 5 aid slot beginners thing for new nations I didn't know about? I need help. I could not be more confused. Thanks.

Hello, I am a returning player currently seeking a new alliance. I would like to join an alliance that is both active and looking for an active member. I can still change my resources and am not purchasing anything until I have all my ducks in a row. I would like to find an alliance that offers incentives. I don't know if that can still be done or not, I looked around a little but didn't find a rule about requesting aid in exchange for membership. I have had two successful nations in the past but it had been a long time since I was last here. I noticed a few things have changed so I will be brushing up on the new rules. Also, since I am new I would like to do tech deals if that is still a thing. I remember how big of a pain it used to be to get and how expensive it was at times. The last time I was here I was the Admin of a Alliance called Coalition of Independent Nations, before that I was apart of a even smaller alliance that was utterly destroyed by those dicks at \m/. And before that I was with another Alliance that was being destroyed by the dicks at goon before they were hacked and someone filled there forum with gay porn...lmao. Still love that one. But yeah, I have been here before, I lost all my stuff when I lost internet and I am trying the Planet Bob thing again. Just looking to start out fast and on the right foot.
