Patton, as a triumvir is directly representative of our AA, but has expressed that his actions do not represent the NAO AA. Either way, war is over. We've also gotten much of CAMB to defect to NAO. Good war. o/ CAMB for putting up a good fight.

I personally know of no AAs that dont do apps. TE is less complex though. If you're ever interested in a no app alliance in Tournament Edition: New Atlantic Order is a pretty homey place. As for SE, I can recomend many alliances based on what kind of atmosphere you may want, but applications are pretty standard in SE.

Buy a foreign ministry as your first improvement. Extra aid slot = more tech deals. Also, the fastest and easiest way to tech deal is by getting in a tech circle, if you can find one. Good luck, and whatever you do, dont join Umbrella unless you want to get rained on. LOL. XD

Im pretty sure the 2 are unrelated. My IDs are different as well, and Im sure thats true for everybody.
