The fact that he has declared war means that hes going to nuke someone, I know that sounds ridiculous, but that was the point I was trying to make. Its just as ridiculous that he believed finding a target list meant that Europa was going to war. Another alliance allied to their ally went to war that day, it would be stupid for them not to prepare, and part of preparation is a target list.

Considering it's right after NsO's blitz the damage done to Legion looks more devastating than it actually is since people haven't re-bought soldiers/tanks/etc. Regardless, Legion is winning since we have 1 surrender to 0 *[size="1"] -- I do it pre-militarization because under normal circumstances I would have militarized on the AA and the other 3 involved alliances have all done that as well so it would throw off the data if I don't use pre-militarization NS. Added NsO. Added a stat to compare the NS change between the legion's side and Tetris' side. It's at the top, the higher the number, the more damage Legion is doing... They are currently taken 3 times the amount of damage away from the opposing forces than they opposing forces have taken from them.

Updated. -Added names -Took out nukes received stat (its impossible to count received nukes versus sent nukes if you use the in-game nuke counter. Other than that I don't know how to count how many successfully hit) Note: NS change is for just that day.

[/quote] The post you quoted was about a conversation on who was the aggressor in this war, legion or Tetris... I don't see how the treaty comes into play. The optional bit you are referring to is due to the fact that the legion/invicta treaty is a MDoAP, so whether it is optional or not depends on who the aggressor was.
