1. "The Confederation will always look to increase trade potential, and we would probably sign such an agreement. We also support the inclusion of student and cultural exchanges. As for what we can provide, the Confederation's agricultural industry is our largest, with sizeable fuel and energy industries, and a new and growing motor vehicle industry developing."
2. After a thrilling must-have victory to secure a spot in the playoff round, the Bison fell to the number one seeded Saints. "We pounded one out there at the end to get us to the playoffs, but you know, when you're playing an explosive team like the Saints, it becomes a little tougher to contain the offense. I think our defense played well and our offense and special teams put up a good effort, it's just at the end of the day, we came up short, halted by a few costly mistakes on our part. I'm disappointed, but I think we showed the world that we can contend and compete at the international level. If we had hit that 2-point conversion, we would have only been a touchdown away, which I think really says something considering the opposing team and this being our first year in the tournament. Next time, we will come out and we will look to fight our way further into the playoffs" -Dallas Holland, MLB for the Sioux Falls Bison
3. All across the Confederation, football fans have turned into Bison fans. The reigning Confederation Bowl champions were selected to represent the entire country, pulling off a win against firt ranked division rivals the Rangers. Lootah said that his team "will be looking to ride the momentum to the next game and hopefully pull out a win."

8. "Very good, Sir," Spirited Bison replied. He took his seat, alongside Yuma where they were served. They waited for the others before beginning their meal, and the Sioux waited for Mikhail to begin his pitch.
9. Spirited Bison surveyed the other arriving diplomats. Several were dressed in regalia. Tse Yuma was dressed in a very formal suit, the lapel pin being the Native Petrol logo. Spirited Bison was dressed in his regalia. The uniform could be likened to a gray army dress uniform. A chest full of medals sat on the right. He wore a breast plate, but did not wear his ceremonial headdress. Instead he wore a stylized headband adorned with several eagle feathers in the back. He began to search for a Marscurian diplomat with which he could speak.
10. I think it is how Franz is putting it rather than how he is acting. It is reasonable for him to be cautious, but he is still referring to the fact that the UKIM attempted annexation, which is not true. If he simply tweaked his rhetoric and grammar, this wouldn't be an issue.
11. An officer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would attend and record the proceedings, one Mr. Yishko.
12. Chieftain Spirited Bison (OOC: When someone ascends to the position of a Chief in the Confederation, they change their name to a more traditional form.) of the Sioux Confederation will attend, along with Tse Yuma of Native Petrol and Energy, the largest corporation in the Confederation. The Marsurian nation was far-flung, even by Lakota standards, which were high. After the long journey the plane touched down in Obluchye. The temperature felt much the same as those in the Black Hills. It reminded his of a shadowy reflection of home. Similarities veiled with a strange foreignness. Shortly thereafter, the pair made their way to the conference location, awaiting the other delegates and a greeting from the Marscurian diplomatic welcome wagon. Bison did not know what to expect, he had never established contact with any of these nations except for Amarna, which was very well thought of. He would indeed be interested to learn exactly what this meeting of Asian and American nations was about.
13. The Badlands, the Comancheria Slipping past the border guard into the Comancheria was no simple task, but the team did so with great stealth and precision. Crawling beneath a barbed-wire fence and silencing one of the guards with a thrown tomahawk under the cover of dark, the Marshals wasted no time in making a bee-line into the badlands. The horses had to be left behind, and the journey was long on foot. Twisting and winding through the valleys and canyons between the eroded buttes was no easy task, but within a few days, the team reached their goal: New Comancheria, the city from which this Republic was born. The city was distasteful to those who were foreigners to the region. A nest for bandits and bounty hunters, in addition to the xenophobic law enforcement, the city was just as unwelcoming as if the three Marshals were alone in a prison without guards. It also meant that the Lakota soldiers would be under just as much pressure as the man they were hunting. "We'll need less conspicuous attire before we can move about. Let's see if we can't grab something from one of the homesteads on the outskirts of the city. Soon after, they 'acquired' what they needed and hid their body armor outside the city limits, where they slept until sunrise. In the morning, they nervously made their way into the city, where trouble was already afoot. Drunkards stumbling out of the open air bars, prostitutes calling for them from the street corners, and even a man screaming out in Comanche as he was dragged into the local police station. There were a few cars, but just as many horses hitched along the streets of New Comancheria. The three Lakota drew cautious stares from the locals, strangers weren't looked kindly upon, and these three had never been seen before. "I think it would be best if we got out of the street, let's duck into the bar over there," Akando whispered to Wolfe. He nodded and led them inside, pushing past the swinging western-style doors. They proceeded to the bar and had a seat on the stools. Surprisingly to them, they weren't the only patrons, distasteful to the Lakota considering the early hour. The bartender approached them, speaking in Comanche, "What can I get you?" "Nothing for now, thank you," Ciqala replied in like kind. Wolfe surveyed his surroundings, noticing a wanted list behind the bar, the names of which he couldn't make out for the distance. He stopped the bartender before he moved on, "Excuse me sir, I'm wondering if you've seen someone." The bartender paused and replied, "Maybe, who's asking?" "Nobody's asking." "Then nobody will know." Wolfe sighed, "We're looking for a potential bounty target by the name of Richard Grant." "Grant, sounds like an Anglo. Where'd you boys say you were from?" "We didn't," Akando replied. He and the bartender locked eyes, but Akando won out. "Yeah, I saw an Anglo in here a day or two ago. Real tall, brown hair." "Sounds like the one," Akando replied, leaning in on his left forearm. Wolfe put his arm up to Akando, "Did you pick any information up on him? Where he was going, what he was doing?" The bartender, unbeknownst to the Marshals, pushed a small button under the counter, "Not a word. Looked distraught though. No idea what he was planning on doing. He had a few shots then left." "Was he alone?" "No. He picked up one of the girls, but other than that..." "Alright." Wolfe and the others stood up. "Thanks for your hospitality, sir." As they walked out, they passed four Comanche officers, one of which was a Marshal, the other three deputies. They exchanged glances as the Comanche entered the bar. The tender nodded towards the Lakota and the Comanche marshal smiled before turning around and exiting to the street. He spoke loudly, so as to gain the attention of the Lakota, "Excuse me gentlemen, are ya lost?"
14. Mission, the Comancheria Comanche leadership, based out of Mission in the Comancheria, announced the first immigration regulations of any Republic in the Sioux Confederation. Chief Viho, leader of the Comancheria, announced that immigration will be indefinitely closed for the time being, until a point that Comanche leadership deems that the policy can be rethought. Travel into the Comancheria has also been indefinitely restricted, meaning the Republic is seemingly closed off from the rest of the Confederation and the world.
15. Paha Sapa [Black Hills], 30 miles South of Deadwood, Lakota Republic The drive to Deadwood from Rapid City was not a long one, but from there the three Marshals mounted horses and made their way down into the Black Hills. Twisting through the forest paths and rocky terrain, the task force finally reached the murder scene. Yellow police lines criss-crossed through the evergreens, displaying in plain Lakota 'Police Line, Do Not Cross.' Cameras went off recording various evidence, though the bodies had already been moved, rudimentary chalk lines had been drawn up as best they could on the ground. Wolfe and the others unmounted and stepped under the police lines. One of the officers on the scene approached them. "Identification, please." Wolfe reached into his back pocket and retrieved his wallet. Flipping it out, he displaying his badge, "Senior Captain of the Lakota Rangers, Marshal John Wolfe. We'll be taking charge of capturing the fugitive." The officer reluctantly nodded and stepped aside. Wolfe, Akando and Ciqala walked forward and fanned out across the site. It was a small camp nestled in a tight clearing, with a dead campfire and a tattered tent. Two of the chalk outlines lied just outside of the tent, with one more just inside the borders of the clearing, obviously an attempted escape. "Akando, check for prints. Ciqala, see what you can find out about the one over there," Wolfe ordered, pointing towards the chalk outline of the one who attempted to escape. Wolfe moved inside to survey the tent. Akando dusted for prints and photographed what he found, took samples, bagged them, and gave them to the local officers to run at their station. Four sets were found, and all that was left to do was identify which set were the perpetrators. As Wolfe was looking through the tent, Ciqala shouted, "I've got blood, signs show it's leading away from the site, not toward." Wolfe got out of the tent and trotted over to him, "Akando, on me, we're moving out. Ciqala, grab the horses!" The Marshals were already wearing the proper attire, uniforms some would assume belonged to special forces soldiers. BDU's, knees guards, combat boots, shooting gloves, and body armor. "Move out, Rangers," Wolfe ordered. Ciqala would take the first shift of staying on foot to track first, while the other two rode behind and kept a sharp eye out. After several shifts, signs pointed into the city of Rochford. After a few calls to police departments in the area, Wolfe, Akando and Ciqala made a few 'visits' to compatriots of Grant. Several shakedowns later, Wolfe had his heading. "Gentlemen, we're going to the Comancheria." Ciqala grimaced, "The Comancheria? We don't have jurisdiction there. Plus, it's the Comanche. They don't really take to outsiders." "There is no jurisdiction in the Comancheria. It's a remnant of a simpler, more violent time. The Old West lives there. We'll be handling more than Grant. We'll have to deal with bandits, bounty hunters, thieves and murders, not to mention Comanche border patrol and law enforcement, if you can really call it that." Akando spits off the back of his stallion, "They're not getting any more welcoming. Let's get this over with."
16. Rapid City, Lakota Republic, Sioux Confederation Lakota Rangers Headquarters Phones rang on the desks of the receivers and attendants in the Lakota Rangers Headquarters office. The desks were neatly aligned in uniform rows, with piles of papers stacked upon them, to various degrees of organization. In the glass-walled office of Senior Captain of the Rangers, one phone rang that would set a very special story in motion. Marshal John Wolfe picked it up, made a few one word answers and then promptly hung up. He stroked his 5 o'clock shadow as he pondered the implications. An aide walked in holding a tightly-packed and paper-clipped manila folder. He spoke plainly, in Lakota, "Captain Wolfe, I have the file on Worthington." "Thank you, Mr. Nastes, leave it on the desk. Also, call in Marshals Akando and Ciqala." "Yes, sir." After a brief waiting period, Marshals Akando and Ciqala walked into Wolfe's office. "Closed the door, please," Wolfe requested. Akando quickly complied. "Have a seat, gentlemen." Wolfe leaned forward onto his forearms as he folded his hands. "We have a case, and it's one that requires a particular amount of discretion. That's why I've chosen you two." Wolfe leaned back in his rolling chair, "Our fugitive's name is Richard Grant. The Lakota Republic wants him for a triple homicide raid on a small camp out in the Black Hills. Last word we have, he's moving Southeast. We're going to head over to the crime scene and see what we can dig up there." "Description, sir?" inquired Ciqala. Wolfe opened his desk drawer and pulled out a much smaller envelope. He unbound it and threw the file across the desk, "White male, 6'1", 190 pounds, brown hair, green eyes. There's his picture. He's got a record with low class stuff. Misdemeanor assault charges, things of that nature, always got out on bail. We're going to head out to the camp, try to establish a motive and pick up a trail. Problem is, as I mentioned, he's an Anglo. Now, with the current political climate and him living outside of the Anglo Republic, things could get volatile fast. He murdered some Lakota, so if word gets out people here will want blood, but we can't rule out a backlash out in the A.R. We have to take him down fast, before the press gets a hold of it. Collect your things, and we'll be on our way gentlemen."
17.
Your continuing to confirm what we in England have said, you have your own opinions, and we have ours. It is a precaution England is taking, and until we are prooved wrong, it shall stay that way.
"It is not a comment on your opinion, it is comment on the hypocrisy of your opinions. You are attempting to compare the GNED to the National Socialists, while simultaneously saying the same would not be fair to do for England. That is what the Chinese are attempting to say to you."
18. New Blood; New Comancheria After the recent establishment of the Sioux Confederation, a small but steady influx of other Native American nations has been immigrating to the fledgling country. Notably among these groups were a large percentage of Comanche Nation peoples, who have successfully petitioned over the past month for the establishment of their own Republic. Centered on a town set up by themselves, New Comancheria, the new Republic will simply be named The Comancheria. The Comanche people will be able to elect their own Chief to the council and will have full rights as a Republic of the Sioux Confederation. Covered in this is the ability to raise a Republican Army, issue their own legislation, and form an immigration policy to the small Republic. Other Republican armies are currently talking with Comanche leadership to better integrate the new militia. After the inception of the Comancheria, the domestic political breakup of the Confederation looks like this:
19. Rapid City, Lakota Republic: Lakota Rangers Established Chief Red Hawk of the Lakota Republic, one of the four Republics of the Sioux Confederation, officially ordained a group of soldiers from the Republic as the Lakota Rangers, a paramilitary force that will also operate as a policing and detective force with jurisdiction that covers the entirety of the LR. Heading the group will be Captain John Wolfe. Wolfe has been chosen for his combat prowess as well as the fact that he is half-Lakota and half-English. Chief Red Hawk reportedly thought it best to chose the best candidate who was of mixed race to ease tensions with non-Native citizens still remaining in the Confederation. Captain Wolfe has accepted the nomination and the Lakota Rangers enforcement powers will be in immediate effect. 20. Pierre, South Dakota The official Chief of the Sioux has been chosen to be Spirited Bison from the Lakota nation. The Chief of the Sioux will fill the role of head of government as well as head of state. The form of government will be akin to a Republican Monarchy, where the monarch is chosen by the representatives of the different Republics, autonomous states that make up the Confederation, which in turn are elected every 10 years to their positions on the Council. Spirited Bison has pledged to uphold tribal traditions in conjunction with a modernized economy and military. Spirited Bison has set up a system of conscription for the military, until the population of the Confederation has reached a point that can sustain a professional military. Currently, 25,000 have been conscripted into the Confederate military, with more expected to join them. Conservation Announcement In an effort to re-establish the balance of the land, Spirited Bison has announced that a Conservation Protection plan will be enforced to help restore the American Bison population in the Dakotas. A hunt will be held later in the year to help preserve traditions, but strict limits will be in place to allow the population to recover and grow. 21. Could North and South Dakota be marked as the Sioux Confederation. Please and thanks.
22. Pierre, South Dakota With the establishment of the Sioux Confederacy, through the good graces of the Republic of Armana and the efforts of the United Sioux Tribal Council, which represents all of the united Sioux people, the Confederacy has formed a government based on both tribal tradition and modern governmental systems. The Chieftain, head of government and head of state, will be taking questions about the Confederacy's structure of government, cultural affairs, societal affairs, or other topic relating to the nation, its people, or its birth. Reporters are invited to the capitol building in Pierre, South Dakota. The site will be used as an interim site to conduct the dealings of governance while administrative divisions are re-evaluated.
23. Yeah, I conceded to that point.
24. To say that Manchurians are Chinese is a deceptive statement. Calling an ethnic group 'Chinese' is a logical fallacy as it would be the same as calling another ethnic group 'American.' The term Chinese is a nationality, not an ethnic group.
