  1. we could really stand for these drunken pirates to peace out there wars! Once again a larger foe cannot wait till we have free offensive slots to declare and then lose a war against us. At least SF had the decency to pick a few other small AA's too.

Increases Soldier efficiency 25%(other % can be added in), Reduces nation income by -$2.00 (Need Infra/Land/Tech requirement Ideas) This would be similar to Real life here. Some companies struggle or have to hire less skilled temporary employees to staff while their Mid-level management is away fighting their country. I put only -$2.00 to income due to the cost of wonder upkeep tacked on the the end also.
  5. Now Police Headquarters - $25,000 - Increases population happiness +2 Proposed Police Headquarters - $25,000 - Increases population happiness +2, Increases soldier efficiency +5% Two things. Police Headquarters have a real effect on the strength of security forces and This is a very expensive improvement for TE that has very little value. Maybe move the happiness to +1 to offset the positive effect of the increased soldier efficiency but, this is still quite expensive for an improvement in TE or even SE where it is $75,000. Or possibly change the +5% to +3% efficiency. Lots of positive ways to work this idea.
  6. I was looking at: Mars Mine - Relocating your Mars Mine gives you the option to randomly select a new Mars resource for a fee. Maybe an option to move your resources(random resources of course) once per round for a fee would be good. That way people that get resources they don't want can say spend $100,000(10% of what you start out with) to relocate their nation on a map and poof a new set of resources randomly generates. If you put a timer on it like the Mars/moon colony then you'll guarantee that It won't be used more than once.

  12. It did not have the intended format. DEFCON 5 has 7 nations. But, It would streamline have to look at individual nations to see where your DEFCON levels are. It would make correcting nations easier and also choosing targets easier. Why scroll through your alliance's nations to make sure your troops are all at DEFCON 1 when you can already see that they are all already in DEFCON 1? On the other side you can catch another Alliance slipping by catching a large number of their nations idling in DEFCON 5. Or even in DEFCON 4 as I've seen last round.
  13. I am suggesting that the number of nations in each DEFCON be shown on the alliance statistic screen under the Alliance Nation Statistics heading. It would allow for quicker assessment of not only your own alliance readiness but others as well. Thanks for your consideration. Example: In an alliance of 10 DEFCON 5: 7 4: 0 3: 0 2: 0 1: 3
  14. I believe that both sides are in the extreme. A drop in all requirements by 5-10% would be the most beneficial. While more would be able to afford planes quicker it would still eliminate some of the rulers who are not willing to spend so much on higher level aircraft.
  15. I agree that a 4-5 day war and 3 days of nuclear anarchy is a great Idea. It allows for fast paced wars and a fast paced recovery. This could equal higher casualties and a more competitive run for the top and the bottom(where I happily end up).

You are not pushing yourselves to get any better, either. You generally get better by waring when you are NOT supposed to win. I think that's usually the case, no matter what the competition is - no matter what the battlefield. Be it pro sports, badminton in the backyard or in Scrabble. You can never reach great heights by climbing small obstacles. If you up-declare - and at least do better than you probably should have done - that proves better strategy than a curbstomp down-declare by far. You gain more respect that way as well, overall, and deservedly so. You don't even always have to win, just do better than the situation says you should have. That gets respect too - at least from me. As long as you game within the inherent rules of TE, you're "part of the game." Those standards are rather low tho, aren't they?
