    just speaking with a member of IAA clears you of nothing, you actually have to talk to a ranking gov member and attempt to resolve the situation, not just shoot the breeze with a member, even if the topic is the current situation.

    were no more inactive than any other large alliance. you get that with any alliance that is (or was) sanctioned. you get that "well they are on the drop down list so I'll join them" effect.

    i've seen worse peace terms, though i do think it should be allowed for members who became Karma POWs to rejoin the MCXA but oh well
