Right that answers my questions, really good rough draft by the way, we just need to update it with what was said above.

OOC: Don't forget potentially the most powerful. I wouldn't also mind seeing some details about The Chairmen and Operations Commander. The Chairmen runs the CANJSF, but the Operations Commander is the Head of all military matters. so who is the one in charge during times of war. The draft puts this in favour with the Operational Commander but doesn't take into account The Chairmen's control over the whole of the CANJSF, then again the CANJSF is chiefly a military force, so any if all matters are military any way? This needs a little clarification. A question that also needs to be answered is whether this is purely a reaction force? An enemy attack and they respond, or do we give them the green light to attack first? Can I also add that after we solve this problem we are faced with another and that is political restrictions of these positions. Dose this mean that the mean and women of these positions can declare war on other nations or alliances without consulting the CAN? How about the use of chemical or nuclear weapons? We have in this charter no fall backs.

Could you update the map to show Monbossa's new territory?

I'm liking everything with the draft so far, except for what its missing. I'm with PM Johns, this should also be expanded to naval forces as most of us our or have the majority of our territory in island areas. Everything about the draft deals only with the creation and peace time running of the CANJSF. What about when we're at war. I think we are all under the assumption that this is going to be a quick force. It goes to where the fighting is and sets up a front till it is at full operational capacity, all this within a few hours of the conflict. I suggest we add a section that deals with all political and military issues with the CANJSF. eg. During times of war will all borders be suspended for a unified defensive effort?

Wait until you get to the Battle of Hope section. That and the part when the woman with a child personality describes her ordeal are the best parts in my opinion. So yes, if your up to it, I'm definitely interested in doing an RP. Do you want to do it in the real world or CNRP? I think it would be coll to adapt to CNRP but I'm fine with everything.

If we do allow them, (and that does seem the most likely with how the votes are going) I would figure that we would need a devider rather than a multiplier. Lets try... 1 Walker = 3 Tanks. If that seems to little just remember in their current form Walkers aren't that much of a problem in combat, just about anyone with a grenade is liable to destroy one.

Quick in and out missions definitely. I wouldn't see them withstanding serious fire power for too long.

I wasn't thinking of magic, or flying or even the funniest suggestion swords, I was making a reasonable comment and the first thing you could think I was saying was magic, flying and swords. If I was thinking of magic, flying and swords I would have said so. There is no hidden meaning behind my words just what I wanted to say, don't ever presume other wise. Back to the discussion at hand, if we are talking about early models of Walkers than yes, I imagine the ability to jump would be out of their ability. One thing we should probably agree on is that their a side tech at best. Nice to have, but aren't that useful.

A tank is only slowed by the terrain, which is why they all use treads, because there isn't the research put into two legged tanks, but the ability to jump and run should give them a distinct speed advantage over tanks.

A mech is essentially a walking tank. It generally has the armour and weapons of a tank, the only difference is it has two legs making it faster than most tanks. Buts essentially it is a tank and any anti-tank weapons should be enough to destroy one. Unless people take the piss and start giving it shielding or something, but that shouldn't happen because we will all stomp down on that. I don't really see the problem, yes we should restrict them based on technology levels, but I don't see why we shouldn't see these waltzing about the CNRP world any time soon.

I voted 4, because if we are honest the potential cost for a walker if they did exists at those heights would probably be around the same cost of high tech aircraft. I mean we're no that far off from Walkers becoming a reality. And that it would be silly to restrict them to character RP, because its not realistic. Why would a very rich nation such as Rebel Army, choose to build only one, when it could easily build a hundred?
