That is not our problem, we welcome them but our resources our not endless and the amount of refugees will outpace our ability to build homes for them. I have already stated what that will lead to. The problem will not cease when we close our border, other nations have in the past and the end result was still the same. All the refugees have done has made the problem appear more quickly then it would have. When you have people with no homes, they are going to turn to crime or business owners will employ them for less than others. It won't take long for racial tension even in a multi-racial society. My nation has come up with a solution that will benefit the whole of the Alliance and our individual nations. Expansion into Viniland.

"The increase in refugees is not the problem, they are the symptom. We are largely unaffected by the wars in Europa and Asia, but their conflicts affect the world all the same. To us it comes in the form of refugees. In the short term this is a worth while symptom at least, economical growth that leads to an increase in revenue and that is always a good thing. Let me get this clear that our economies are about to fall into a recession never imagined before. We in Monbossa are starting to reach the limit of our capacity to house these refugees. By the end of this year, excluding the prospect of war in Africa and the subsequent increase in refugees we are expecting to reach that limit by the end of the year. When we reach this capacity will come a new class of people living in poverty, crime will flourish, racial hatreds will flair and with no way of stopping it, the eventual collapse of Monbossa within the next 60 years. We are currently establishing ways of stopping this but, all options except one will only slow them down. I understand that bringing this up here seems like a waste of your time, but this is not isolated. All nations in our region our under the same threat, it is only a matter of time.

They usually try and go for the capital city of a nation, but now we are an independent nation with a capital of our own they come here. This income of people was unexpected and suddenly we have an increase unpredicted at least for another 20 years. We have few options available to stop this. If we close borders now we can keep the problem from getting worse, but aside from that there is only one other optional available." "And that is?" "Expansion." If we are going to do this, we are going to need a modern day map of the world. We all have to choose countries that already exist and RP it from there. In the RP I mentioned above, we allowed for people to alter their countries just slightly with a back story. When I was Scotland, my back story was that I separated from the United Kingdom after the arrival of the new PM who then announced himself to be king. This led to one hell of a war that almost led the whole world to nuclear confrontation. What I mean to say is that allow for some alteration, but aside from that, choose real countries, all based in the current climate and work from there. I really want to do this, so I'll start looking for a map. EDIT: We can't start with a blank map on this one so try this Map.

There will be no use of aggression. Any man that seeks to prove his point through use of arms has already lost. While I recognise and respect the point you make, I feel you go about it the wrong way. There will be plenty of times for rash actions later. To answer your question, we are simply neutral to nearly all foreign affairs. You are welcome to debate the location later, in fact if you wish you could host it next year as I hope this Convention to become an annual event. To all others, I would require some numbers as to the air craft that could be supplied. To those selling weapons system we would welcome the opportunity to purchase your systems. We would also ask for a transferring of scientists and engineers to your county to see the system first hand and how it works. We hope this is acceptable.
