They made the game fun and this war even more fun. Unfortunately moralist (like TOP used to be) like to suck all the fun out of this game so they couldn't jump ship fast enough on the current wars to make a dogpile out of the new one. An ally was involved in a war (not referring \m/). Not just any ally but one of the most loyal allies on this planet. An ally isn't even the proper word: Friends is more applicable. They were fighting someone much bigger, brave as always, and could use support. We help our friends, in good times and in bad. Whenever and wherever. That's more just and logical then the reasons of NpO which had no ties whatsoever with FoA but somehow choose to defend them again (they have done that before). However, none of that matters at this point. Together with our friends we also call our allies: NpO and their followers (alliances and members) will tremble before us. They will have nightmares for years to come after we are done. Jihad!

Best allies ever. When push comes to shove Stickmen and FOK show their true colors and stand by eachother. Whatever happened before, whatever is happening: When important both show what real allies are like. Somehow NpO always jumps in to defend FoA with bogus reasons. Gramlins can learn something from the 'secret treaties' that NpO have. Or is it just to fight your own boredom again? Say so and I applaud you. Resorting to morals as a reason is just lame.

You have no idea what you are talking about. TheThirdMark happened to attack 3 Invicta nations because he was away (vacation or something) when we hit NPO. When the first two NPO nations (that were in our attacking slots) were weakened a lot some FOK nations helped out Orion. It wasnt aimed at low to mid range nations at all. Just to help nation in Orion that needed support. I ended up attacking a nation with 1.5 my infra (I had about 6k left since I already was involved with NPO for days). Doubt he saw it as target practice since he was out of money the last day. Taking a hit doesn't equal having a clue by the way. Au contraire.

Indeed! And the ingame reason... Referred to the karma war where i fought invicta to help out orion. The wc of invicta was far from sufficient. You were all done for after a week when you luckily enough got terms. Just in time for you guys... No dislike from then but i did remember the, lack of, wc. If this wouldnt be 6v1 your wc would be depleted after 1.5 week this time as well. Even ignoring the 10m and 40m guys.

Indeed. I think more nations leave because of a lack of war rather than the abundance of it. War has become a scarce resource. The first 2 years of CN had way much more wars than the last 2. The amount of players in that time increased a lot, ever since the UjW the numbers have been decreasing. Even in here you see kn1nJa posting this made the game fun for him again. It did for me as well. Lack of war would be a delete for both of us. Quietly without anyone noticing. The way so many people have quit this game for similar reasons. Now you can only wonder where 15000 active nations have gone to, and now it's to late to get them back (or to have them remain active). Since the playerbase was a lot larger in 2007.

Citizens of this world, Per my announcement here and the fact five days have passed... the surrender terms that apply: For all the Purple monsters (read Invicta): 1) Apologize for stepping on our Smurflands where you destroyed all the Smurfberries with your filthy out-of-fashion shoes. 2) Provide us with an alternate source of food to help the Smurfs through the winter. 3) Always be aware that Smurfs exists so... watch your step! Smurfs don't like it when they get stepped on nor when someone steps on their Smurflands. For individual Purple monsters 1) Live on the same food ration as the Smurfs have to until this whole ordeal is over. 2) Think of food that grows in the winter and help plant it on the Smurflands. 3) As an act of kindness, go to 'Display all nations' and pick one nation from page 5. I was affraid when I saw my name in Bob Janova's link but I'm glad I thought the same back then (>1.5 years ago! That's another lifetime) as now. Didn't and still don't understand the fuss about nukes.
