I'm aware I'm just a normal member atm, but considering OSA's transparency towards members and my really high activity I should at least have heard about this marginally if it was consulted with us like our protectorate treaty demands. Also, just posting that you're going to treaty someone in one to a couple of days in your forums or saying it once or twice in #osa or even just #RC I wouldn't even consider proper informing.

So, here's the full (con)text of the treaty with this edit we see now in the OP. Vic finally got around to fill the story back in he had forgotten.

In the ingame FAQ, section "Declaring War", it says, in the third paragraph, "When battling there is a small chance that your nation will capture land, technology, and money of the defending nation both for Victory and Defeat battle outcome results." Did it EVER happen that a nation got land, tech, or money even though it got defeated?

Of course not, that program is being executed in the background. Where it is going to print "hippopotamus" for all eternity or until it is cancelled. Also, yay!

Isn't half of the people in here missing something? I'll try to summarize: - Athens and others want to declare on TPF - Athens expects TPF's allies to retaliate - Athens asks its own allies (e.g. M*A*S*H) to defend them should that happen ("that" meaning TPF's allies retaliating) - M*A*S*H somehow thinks they are asked to help attack TPF - Both sides are bickering with eachother since they don't realize they're talking about different things (edited "both sides" comment in)

How about someone locks this as the people replying now don't bother to read the whole thread anyways and will bring up long-resolved issues? For anyone thinking tl;dr : NSO declared the issue with DF as over, whether or not the apology was retracted or not or whatever. Picking up an offer to DF for a 1on1, RIA asked for a duel with NSO without any CB, NSO accepted. Everyone is waiting for RIA to finish their 48h voting time until the war starts. Anything else is history.
