Seeing as this is in an OOC section of the forum, that just makes your post even sadder...meaning you ended a real friendship over a game.
After reading this, I must admit that I loled. I've never met anyone who played CN and I don't intend to do so in the future.
 2. I wish I knew the answer to the OPs question.
 3.
Do keep up the MK=NPO for not giving TOP white peace jabs though, they really make a good impression and are truly a way to win over the hearts and minds of MK to sway them into giving you guys peace sooner.
He wasn't asking. When we come to beg, we'll let you know.
 4. Second Unjust War No doubt about it. Too many familiar faces on the same side for it to be called something else. Within a few days we'll see GOONS entering the fray. Not hard to tell what side they'll declare on. Soon we'll find out what kind of world we would be living in if the LUEsers had won.
 5.
You don't seem to have a problem with trying to spy away nukes, though. You do realize many alliances consider that no different than launching a nuke, right?
Except it doesn't destroy thousands of citizens. OOC: Remember we're in the RP section.
 6. Well, here at last, dear friends, on the shores of the Sea comes the end of our fellowship. Go in peace! I will not say: do not weep;for not all tears are an evil.
 7.
I like calling people out when they are full of crap and, that in fact is usually my favorite part of war, so I am enjoying this don't worry about me.
Your filter seems to be especially particular for the NpO. I don't know why, but it certainly is curious. Everyone is connected on the MDP web. NpO is no exception. Nor is the CnG side. GATO is attacking the ally of an ally of an ally of my neighbour's best friend, but I don't hear you talking about it.
 8.
The point is NSO has little or no influence to negotiate peace on our behalf, if FARK denied NSO peace then what makes you think that they have the influence to get peace for IRON? They refuse peace for honour, friendship and the fact that peace is a lie I think you must of missed it so I'll say it again. Our infra is not the most important thing to us, nor is it for NSO. They are here because unlike many infrastructure is not their primary concern. IRON shall rebuild our own war torn nations with or without assistance from our allies. Our economic proficiency is renowned and we have access to the funds we need. We've rebuilt before we will do it again. Infra can be rebuilt once you let go of your principles they are gone forever. NSO's involvement increases our community spirit tenfold and that my friend is more important than any amount of pixels you can muster. I thank NSO for their involvement, don't let anyone play down the significance of your support for IRON.
That is high praise and won't be forgotten. The NSO opened itself up to applicants who were on PZI/ZI lists for that very reason. Fighting by yourself is lonely work. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
 9.
The issue, above all others (and I do not feel like arguing the semantics between preemptive and unprovoked because I am very confident that we could both do it all day) is that the war was resolved before TOP declared and it is no ones fault but NpO's that TOP did not know that before their declaration. So what right does NpO have to be upset at anyone when their action directly lead to the harm of their allies and what on earth could justify entering the war on a side directly opposing the very allies your actions harmed. Grub dropped the ball and caused this conflict to get to where it is today and no one else and all I see in the OP is him being on his high horse and trying to pass the blame to everyone else.
It's easy to judge being on the sidelines isn't it? Does it feel good?
 10.
I agree with you on this one, This situation confuses and angers me. Either way polaris would be in a very difficult political situation, I think the current solution is the best possible solution under the current very convoluted set of circumstances.
I agree. I wish people would simply accept that fact and move on rather than try to score cheap political points.
 11.
I know you don't want to leave IRON behind, and I'm glad you're willing to fight however you can for them. That being said I am just disappointed with how Grub handled it as I believe there was a solid chance of peace for NSO without having to barge in without talking to all the parties involved.
Oh well. You "believe" there was a solid chance for peace. Why could we have possibly stayed in this fight? Sorry, but unfortunately we can't take your lollypops and candycanes to the bank. We're in this fight until our allies are out. Period.
 12. The sides never change. Only faces.
 13.
Grub decided to fight an alliance that already offered and was working towards a joint peace with NSO.
That's news to me.
He didn't fight the alliance that was the one "not offering peace." He didn't even contact the alliances to find out why they weren't offering peace.
Ah yes, I'm sure if he contacted them things would have been settled easily. Opps! My bombs went where?!?
And worst of all, he is still not defending his treaty partner in MK. I don't even see how you can properly spin that.
It's as simple as sometimes people simply need to pick a side. As regrettable as it may be, sometimes you have to pick the best of two bad options. Polar was put in a bad position. Everyone but you apparently can see that.
 14.
Have we, Fark, made anything pretty clear? Where did we make this clear? What are "acceptable terms"? Giving NSO white peace from the short bus war so they can then redeclare on SuperFriends in the TOPvCnG war a few hours later? As far as I'm aware, and feel free to prove me wrong, the only "term" we had was for NSO to stay out of the TOPvCnG garbage.
It's all the same war from where I'm standing. Despite all the e-lawyering going around, including from grub, it's all the same to me. We started fighting because of the NpO and we aren't leaving until all of our allies are allowed to peace out of this conflict.
 15.
You honestly expect Fark to give peace to IRON just to get rid of NSO? Honestly, NSO and IRON would both be better off if NSO were to get peace now, rebuild and save. Then, when IRON is at peace, aid-bombing IRON as best they can. What you're doing now is simply lugging your cross through the streets with the intent to climb on and nail yourself to it.
We're Sith. Not Patsies. How much clearer can I make it? We aren't going to run away from a fight when someone is trying to drop the floor beneath our allies feet.
 16.
As for NSO and Fark peace that Fark was never going to grant. Perhaps NSO would've gotten peace if they hadn't decided that the only logical way to receive peace was to counter-declare in support of IRON in the current war and actually tried to get peace. Obviously that minor detail doesn't support your current propaganda line.
You've made it pretty clear that you won't be giving the NSO any acceptable terms. We aren't going to let our allies get thrown under the bus just so we can get peace. Stop trying to misrepresent matters. This is simply a power grab on your coalitions behalf.
 17. \o NpO I was wondering when we'd see you back in the fight
 18. No one is telling you what to do, so go ahead and do what you have to. But the reason you are getting zero sympathy from everyone is because you seem to think there are zero consequences for general asshattery and stupidity.
 19. No kidding. What is \m/ without their whiny attitude?
 20. Well I didn't do it and I have no idea how to prove who did it. I'd start pointing fingers around, but it's not exactly classy is it? To accuse without any actual evidence, I mean, isn't exactly good form.
 21. Never underestimate a common cause to bridge differences.
 22. Thanks for the good news. Seeing as the amount is agreed upon, would be able to release that information? Is it the 400 million Londo quoted earlier?
