Probably [s]trolls[/s] people here have not understood clearly that when we issued this decision, nobody in the Lodge was thinking of a PR move. If we had thought solely about PRs (and I assure you, we did not), we would have acted much differently through all this. As we said, we did not bear any hill against the 57th per se. Only we came to the conclusion that the one who was leading them was not a friend anymore, and possibly has never been. But we are not here to discuss about THIS. We are issuing peace, and we will not attack the 57th anymore, except to defend ourselves. We are again talking about that SECOND SS. Too bad that the CB is not about the second SS, but about the first - the one with the shopped IP number, as people from the Lodge (and whatnot) already have stated - ad nauseam - in several posts. And those "friends stabbed in the back", as some have depicted the 57th, are the same friends who have been helped just one month ago in the Browncoat fiasco, and the same friends to whom the Lodge members - myself included - have donated more than 100 millions bucks to help them after their war. And those are facts, not alleged or real photoshop jobs. But those are - obviously - ancillary speculations which do not count against the One True Truth of Some: that the Lodge is a gang of bullies out there to backstab their closest friends. And I quote uisge: hope that this mess gets sorted soon, although I am not sure that the trolls who feast here will allow that.

KoD, I can assure you that our leadership tried manifold to reach the 57th for that. That finally happened, and we are sorting out what really went on. To shed some light in, as we bear no ill to the 57th Overlanders as a unity (with actions that have been outlined by Bower above, in post #190), I am here to announce that the Lodge has been issuing a [b]ceasefire[/b] to work on the issue in cooperation with the 57th and third parties, to possibly (as it is possible in our digital world, where copies and retouches are the rule) ascertain the truth. And you are always talking about the alleged Veneke screenshot: this was only the final proof we HAD to look closely at the first ones... and we did. And, more, the last one was sent to us by someone who knew that the first two have been sent already: and this is reserved stuff. Not everyone in the Lodge or in 57th knew that, for instance.

The fact is that there is a noticeable difference of quality between how the IPs look in the RED posts (Veneke, Holloweyes, Desertson) and in the GREEN one (JackieChan). Please, everyone take a look at it and notice that. The IP number looks more crisp in JC entry than in the others, and somewhat darker - so, like it was cut out and placed there. Also, there is no digital noise over it and under it, contrary to what happens in the other three ones. So, how come that this screendump has varying image qualities over it, as it should come from the same pc? It should be all the same: and this is NOT the case. Edit: errers and formatting

The posts that Veneke provided to us to make us expel a former member of 57th from the Lodge are fakes. And everyone with a minimum of image-editing skills can ascertain this (and everyone can, as they are publically located at http://www.square-n-compass.net/forum/showthread.php?6291-Imagery-referenced-in-the-Lodge-s-DoW-on-the-57th-Overlanders&p=78459#post78459). And this is a [b]FACT[/b] Even if the rest was too (and remember, it doesn't [u]look[/u] like a fake), still the first two were, undoubtably. So, we'd like to hear what Veneke has to say about [u]that[/u], which is the CB.
