I would get Stock Market first and then Social Security System. You'll probably profit more that way. Then interstate system would be third followed by the Great Temple and Internet. Sorry if it's been mentioned but how much do spies contribute to nation strength, because with a maximum of 550 spies, that could really affect a nation's strength.

It allows room for 3 resources that don't contribute to the bonus resources. They are usually fish, cattle, and either sugar or gems.

Gems/Wine/Silver? You can only have 2 additional resources in that set that don't contribute to the bonus resources and they should be Gems and Fish.

I didn't know they kept his nation, that's really thoughtful (I know it's only a game, but it's still a nice thing to do)

I've heard of this problem before and unfortunately the result was that nothing could be done about it, because if that ip address was allowed multiple users it would be very easy for any of the people there to run more than one nation
