You should declare on Syz, just because he left us right when we needed him. Then again, you should declare on him because he had a really good reason to leave. Yea, just declare on him.

this is hitting pretty close to the mark. For many, myself included, it became a matter of A)Put up with him or B)give up and leave.

So, I had read that technology gives bonuses for happiness up to level 200, and the military bonus from tech maxes out at 300. Is this still accurate? What other bonuses are there for higher levels of tech, aside from simply pushing your NS higher?
