Article I. Peace ----------------- Due to mutual lulz and deep respect for one another, Roman Empire and Global Democratic Alliance promise peace, friendship, and the sharing of drinks with one another. Sharing bacon is encouraged but not required. If any member of either alliance is dumb enough to attack someone in the other, said member will be repeatedly caned, then sent to Elb for mockery. Article II. Defense --------------------- If Roman Empire is attacked, Global Democratic Alliance will repeatedly step on the attacker before going to war in defense of Roman Empire. If Global Democratic Alliance is attacked, Roman Empire will tackle the aggressor and hold them down while they defend Global Democratic Alliance. Article III. Aggression ------------------------- When one of these two amazing alliances declares war, they will notify the other in advance so that the other alliance may prepare to join the fun. These two alliances agree to coordinate aggressive wars. Article IIII. Cancellation --------------------------- This treaty may be canceled by either alliance (but that won't happen). If canceled, this treaty has a cancellation period of 72 hours wherein it is still in effect. If canceled, both alliances promise to maintain the lulz between them. Yeah, I'll do a new web for round four. There are no treaties right now, but once people start signing them I'll set one up.

My bet is that MHA stays at the top, RE drops several ranks (we're intentionally trying to lower our score, we've done a lot of cleaning house lately) and either (or both) MI or TUF collapses into non-sanctioned status.

If we roll MI, then how will we have fun?

On behalf of the Roman Empire, I'd like to thank everyone for a great round! We've had a lot of fun, especially in these last few days during the King of the Hill war. Our alliance had some rough times, but we bounced back and finished off stronger then we expected. We'll be changing some of our alliance structure in Round 4, hopefully it'll make us better. We'd like to thank our allies, Mostly Harmful, Global Democratic Alliance, GREAT, and United White. . Without you guys we'd never have gotten as far as we did. We won't be carrying over our treaties, but you know where to find us! Special thanks to the Rebels for making the end of Round 3 a nice nuke fest and brawl! Roman Empire plans to stick around...hopefully! As for our treaties, yeah, we won't be carrying them over (we're open to renewing them though). This round, we want a smaller, more manageable group that is more dedicated and active. We've set up some new forums (they are almost done) and are pursuing a more active member group (we're setting up ghost squads). P.S. To our allies, we hope to continue our friendships, and we apologize for lack of activity lately, most of our members are busy setting up for next round/creating our new forums. Edit so I don't sound stupid.

I agree with Elb that in no way should this carry over to next round. I don't even think this should be happening now. UN isn't exactly spotless when it comes to raids, you've raided us twice now in two days and we have a NAP. Should we be attacking you?

No reason to blacklist them. Just have a decent war before the end of the round, hopefully both sides can have some fun, and then let bygones be bygones. Plus, only two members of your alliance have attacked 57th Overlanders. ?
