    Perhaps you could take that analogy if you wished...but no, that's not what I'm saying. I would make the analogy of cutting a thief's hand off versus a brief sentence for petty theft. IRON will have to work to pay these reps, but nowhere near as hard as other alliances we could all name from our not to distant past.

    Might it be argued that that is indeed what we are seeing now? In the past, and had Hegemony won, what would have terms been? That they are being given a chance to move on is a sign of change in direction in and of itself.
