Yes, it is true the NPO War Machine is always ready to kick into gear. No, it is not true we were war hunting. Hell if we really wanted a war, why would we purposefully attack an alliance in which most of our nations can't even get a target? OV obviously has an abundance of 30k+ NS nations not in peace for us to have fun with. /sarcasm Seriously, I fail to see your point here. I'm not asking you to like NPO, I'm just asking you to see the facts here.

No you're speaking out of your rear now. Purely hypothetically, let's say NPO has a spy in the VE private forums. We steal some sekrits and give them to an OV friend who willingly accepts them and welcomes them. You then find this out, that they now have your sekrits and figure out they've been in contact and on good terms with a spy. You demand the OV member be punished, and OV refuses explaining that if you force action upon him you force action upon the whole alliance. OV continually stalls negotiations (y'all can understand why with all the treaty cancellations in the last week). After all offers are declined VE declares war on OV. Unjust? I think not. And realize punishing NPO in this hypothetical situation would be a completely separate issue.

Nope. If I told you I definitely had my facts 100% correct I'd be lying. The only ones who can say they have their facts straight would be Moo for his end and OV's representatives and instigators. I myself as an outsider cannot say the facts as I'm not Moo or OV gov't. I can only show them as correctly as I understand them which I think are pretty accurate. To reiterate my earlier posts, war was certainly not a first option. Peaceful negotiations were attempted for days, and were purposefully delayed. In no way did negotations begin last night and then all of a sudden NPO declares war. This was a week long process in which the NPO War Machine was forced to action.

I'm pretty sure talks had been attempted for like 6 days, you can only reject offers/delay for so long. You can clearly see Moo's irritation within the logs posted.

The issue at hand is them having a spy within our private forums, not that they know our warchest policies.

That top part is the offer on the 20th.

I created a studly pyramid type timeline (w/ touchpad so you know it's epic). Understand that discussions took place on 4/19 as well. Before Moo disconnected on 4/20 (internet was on the fritz and still is I think) after OV rejected his proposal which inevitably was the final offer. Just because the designated mediator was in discussion with OV does not mean peaceful discussions between NPO and OV were ongoing. I can see where the mix up happened but in the end, NPO is at war with OV. I caution everyone to understand the happenings before jumping on the bandwagon. I admit that I can see how they thought Moo would come back, but after being offered a legit proposal and being denied, there wasn't much more that would of been done regardless. Anyways, I'll repeat myself in saying that all parties should figure out exactly what happened before jumping on a bandwagon. I think people are assuming global war here, but all that is not necessary and that will only happen if people head into things misinformed on the situation.

To take a step back away from the war and just speak in broad terms, I totally agree. I actually requested we pick a fight with someone, because I just felt TE was becoming SE with no aid. I'd much rather see more alliances step up to the plate and bring back TE to where it should be. We don't need to necessarily be nuking each other or just raiding the younger nations, but a few more wars here and there wouldn't hurt
