To my recollection, only WAPA entered after STA. Just because something isn't being held up by everyone, or some letters may have been bent doesn't mean we should just say to hell with it and bugger the whole agreement. Attacking STA would not serve any real purpose. While they would prove to be a fun and honorable opponent on the battlefield, it wouldn't do much for the unity of the sphere. As I'm sure NpO would agree, retaliating against everyone who hit every one of our/your allies would simply make this all FUBAR. If you want in this war so dearly, you should talk to your gov about entering somewhere rather than baiting everyone and their mother into providing you with an inlet.

As I stated already, I care not for your e-lawyering, but I'll toss Desperado's words to you. Should you wish to uphold your argument, it would seem, at least to me, that STA would be the alliance to have violated those letters. But hey, it's not cool to take jabs at STA, so lets go against the alliance that everyone apparently hates anyway and see if we can get TPF annoyed... or maybe this polar just wants to attack TPF and is trying to bait TPF into a situation where they can do so.

You seem like you could learn something from your fellow sith. Lets keep this war respectful as your alliance mates have done and have some fun while we pound each other towards a dusty state.

TPF, unlike certain other parties we are engaged with, do not feel that it is appropriate to spontaneously cancel an NAP for the sole purpose of attacking the other party. The SNOW treaty does not allow us to attack the STA, and to the rest of you all, no, I'm not interested in your e-lawyering.
