Actually, as of the time those numbers were offered, you had roughly 820k tech, not the ~700k your AA shows. Hiding people in other AAs doesn't mean we won't count their tech as part of TOP's. It was a nice try, though.

TOP/IRON and co will either accept or not, very easy to understand that.
Grämlins are not DEMANDING a thing, as happened in other wars due to our codex, we buy our tech from sureendering alliances.

Anyway you could add a feature of putting a nation into limbo after going 20 days inactive?
so like 10 days, where you can't collect taxes for, but don't have to pay bills
I've seen too many people just miss 20 days, and leave the game because they don't want to start over
