Since when have defeat alerts killed spies? And no, I didn't overdeploy, although if defeat alerts kill spies, I suppose that handles the issue (as I did get one of those). But there is absolutely no reason I can see for why a defeat alert would kill spies.

I came on today at about 11:30PM server time and went to rebuy all my military stuff after being attacked. In the process, I noticed that precisely 12 spies had gone missing. I don't have any screenshots, as at the time I rebought them without thinking and moved on, but looking back they weren't attacked by other spies (unless for some reason I wasn't messaged about it, and even if whoever did it wasn't caught I should get a message), and I rebought them after the last time some died after I sent them on a mission. I did check ALL my messages (as of right now there isn't a single unread message in my inbox, and I don't delete them myself), and there was nothing to explain this. I'm not exactly sure what else to post, but if someone could explain this that'd be nice. I don't mind spending the 1.2m to rebuy them, but this sort of thing shouldn't happen.

It includes the Brigade treaty from earlier tonight. It's poor quality, but eh. If you draw a line between NV, STA, and Silence you can sort of see the division between Supercomplaints and the remainder of ex-heg.

You have only 12 nations in my range, all of them with lower NS, 4 of them in peace mode, and only 3 of the others nuclear. I look forward to annihilating you. Also, See Poobs' statement. You could've hit Argent and not seemed like you were bandwagoning. Now it just looks like you want free tech.

Attacking a few days before someone gets OUT of surrender terms is unrelated to including more destruction in the terms themselves. Although what you bring up is bad, and something I had not heard of before/remembered, it is not as bad as including further war in surrender terms.

There's a difference between destroying temporarily to teach a lesson and total destruction with the intent of permanently crippling.
