While this is written like that, it's unlikely that you can scramble his communications unless you know the precise frequency. And if you scramble in general, your communication in the area dies, too. Also, I have no idea if scramble-sats actually have the range for this. And he could just shoot missles to get the sat down.

The satellites were doing their job: communication networks all over the Tahoe Republic were shut down, severing their links with much of the world; Tahoe was pretty much in the dark.

This is what it'll most likely look like in the end, although I guarantee nothing. Blue = byzantine allies; red = Tahoe allies; green = can be either side; white = neutral
I didn't make everything white due to laziness and MSPaint.

Due to nuetrality, the Uberstein Empire will force all non-nuetral/allied aircraft to land or be shot down if going though our airspace. Ships that have not been made an exception for WILL be detained and possibly not returned.Saboria announces that it will do basically the same, as it is neutral.

If Wiedergeburt would care to look at the records from but a week or two ago, they would find on every single worldmap that the territory belongs to Vaule and always has belonged to them.

The premier tank of the Imperium holds a massive 200mm smooth-bore cannon, supplemented by electro-magnets in order to reduce recoil. The tank increases its' profile in exchange for attachable missile-pods, flare-launchers, search lights, Machine-gun cups, and other various modules. The M117 MBT is not a Tank, so much as an interchangeable ground assault platform.
This thing against the Tiger tank? Hm, dunno. Martens is the man of the Tiger. /OOC

The Emperor looked to his right and took a sheet of paper from someone off-screen. He read it through, the looked into the camera.
"Apparently, the first airplanes have been finished and brought onto the transports. Franzharia will get the first batch unless someone has objections. Within the next weeks, more planes will roll off the assembly line and shipped to the other REPO-members."

*1000 would get me roughly 87 million people instead of 8.7 million. Seems to be a lot more reasonable, although perhaps *500 would be better?
Anyways, I'm all for raising the civilian-multiplier.

The Franzharian vessels and ambassadors will be welcomed as friends and will be treated as such. The diplomats will live in one of the best hotels of the capital for the duration of the conflict. For free, of course.

Saboria will not enter this conflict unless it is attacked. While we see the point Tahoe has, we will not oppose the wish of Colstream's leader who wanted Colstream to be part of Byzantine. We do not see this as 'colonialism'.
We also will not comment further.

Saboria has activated DEFCON 3, but we will stay neutral - as the Uberstein empire, we will not allow any of the warring nations enter our waters or airspace for the duration of the conflict.
OOC: While I don't like Tahoe too much OOC, I'm mostly neutral to both sides IC.
