My area of influence already covers all of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and a portion of Costa Rica. Yes. I've had this problem to the last two days (forums only-- the game's fine). Sometimes I get right onto the forums (rarely) sometimes I can't get on at all (frequently). In fact, I've worked on the problem all day today to include so many "fixes" I don't believe I could list them all here. Glad Sword of Estel directed me to this thread and I was able to get a post in before I'm knocked out again...

The cap needs to be removed AND the formula needs to be reworked as Diskord suggests. Also, the 200%/50% rule needs to be reevaluated as well.

Remove the 300 cap limit on military capabilities and this change wouldn't be so hard to swallow.

Sorry, but he Navy aspect has been beat to death and Admin canned that idea like 15 months ago. I also find it funny that people are upset loosing 2K NS when mine was more than cut in half. I dropped from 160K+ NS down to 79K. I'm not saying that the 2K drop isn't huge to a nation of 8K total NS, but I dropped over 80K NS. Excuse me while I go change my underwear...
