  1. You should read the entire thread because this post makes you look like a moron. Those peace terms have been on the table since day 1. Polaris said that peace will happen when \m/ wants it to since day 1.
  2. It is what happened. If TOP/IRON declared on someone else then c&g would have surely responded either way. No matter what Grub would have said it would not have mattered. Grub knew this and had no choice but to say ok. Anyone in the TOP/Polaris q and a knew what TOP was planning anyway.
  3. How did the NpO fail in the moral crusade against \m/? \m/ accepted the terms of surrender that recognize the standards of the CN community as a whole. I'd say we won as we got what we asked, and it was \m/ that surrendered.
  4. Most of the body republic is confused as to whats going on. I think the only person that knows what happened is Grub and that was after this topic had been made.
  5. Not gonna lie at first I like fuuuuuuuuu when you DoW'd on me. Was interesting, man.
  6. Ok, ok I surrender to your mighty 3,000 nation strength!
  7. Yeah sure lets just go with that since lately you have not shown any sort of capacity that you once had.
  8. Where are you getting your community standards? The precedence is that an alliance over so many nations is a recognized alliance. You want to know why that is? It's quite simple. Even though, like many other people, I become annoyed by the number of DoEs that people make they have a right to do that. They have a right to solidarity and peace. You should not have to fret about a bunch of pathetic bullies from taking those rights from you. Making protectorates or MD(oA)Ps mandatory is taking away sovereign rights of those alliances to have the right to be isolated and living in peace. Not all isolated and politically neutral alliances should have to have a declaration of neutrality that other people have to sign. Again that is partially taking away their sovereign right to exist because you have to clear yourself off people's radars.
  9. If we wanted to hit \m/ because we could Grub wouldn't have issued an ultimatum to avoid war.
  10. Because their charter recognized the community standard and I would rather not see the community of Bob degrade into a worse standard where people can do anything with out repercussion. If people think this form of Bob communication is bad now it would only be worse in such a world with out some form of standard. No small alliance would be able to thrive with out a protectorate or some form of treaty. We should not encourage raiding small alliances because that, potentially, leads to people leaving our community because their nation and/or alliance is crippled. Now that <x> amount of nations per alliance would be the medium and quite frankly I think that medium works.
  11. It doesn't matter how you try to word it. That charter that all members of \m/ have agreed to always implies to \m/'s standards and ethics. Why? Because that is what a charter's purpose is. It doesn't matter if you're with 2 other alliance or solo. You are a member of \m/, you represent \m/ and that charter that you agreed to. If you throw away your charter just because you're with 2 other alliances then you have thrown away your sovereignty as an alliance which then makes you a puppet to whomever orchestrated the war.
  12. Then \m/ should learn how to comprehend what they write.
  13. FoA was outnumbered by 3 alliances. Do you honestly think FoA had anyway to mount a successful counter-attack? I highly doubt you would have allowed FoA to retaliate to defend themselves.
  14. Except their charter, until the recent changes, see http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki//m/_(2nd) , that recognized the community standard and public opinion. Again it was stated in a way that you could not interpret it any other way.
  15. Soooooo no one should EVER accept surrender terms? Because those surrender terms tell alliances to disband nuclear arms with the exclusion for the few to defend from nuclear rogues. I don't think you realize your argument implies that no one should ever accept peace.
  16. We know at least GOONS and \m/ were contacted. GOONS took the diplomatic route. Also it was an \m/ member that claimed Polaris talked to Pc not Polaris. Facts straight, get them. Provide logs that he said that. Until then it's hearsay and rather slanderous and more than likely misread and distorted to fit your agenda. The nice part is since you're making the accusations and making the distortions I ask you this Starfox where is your proof? I'm going to say it again. The members of the New Polar Order government really only give Grub their opinions. He then thinks about his decision. Grub's decision is ultimately his own and speaks for the entirety of the alliance. Those individual ministers, I'm really curious as to who said that the war wouldn't be started over an insult if it was said in public there'll be logs, deputy or smaller really don't decide what the Order will do. You can not comment on how Polaris is ran if you have no knowledge of how Polaris works. One member can have an opinion but it doesn't matter when Grub speaks and decides what is going on. I'd really like to see where the New Polar Order says the war wasn't started over an insult because there's an entire OP that begs to differ that this really escalated over an incident that \m/ did. Again that tipping point being a tech raid of a 31 member alliance which by a majority of alliances would consider an alliance.
  17. The more I think about this situation, really \m/ hasn't shared anything publicly that pertains to their side they're just saying it and people like WarriorConcept are taking it at face value, really is a repeat of the FoB/Athens tech raid on KoN. Alliances raid an unknown, unconnected alliance. People brag and say loldosomethingaboutit and when someone does do something about it, once again Polaris, people are crying. What I find most hilarious is Penkala is trying to call bad on Polaris when Penkala is the advocate of alliances that aren't connected.
  18. Comprehension isn't your strong point is it? I already explained why Polaris went to war. Heck I even conceded that the tech raid was the tipping point that started this snowball.
  19. Polar government members have no say in what Grub will do. Grub is his own man and will do what he feels like. So unless it was Grub himself that said that don't take other government member's word for it because Grub is the ultimate say in alliance decision.
  20. Worst attempt at spin, ever. A lot of people don't like you. A lot of people didn't like Bel Air. Quite a few people didn't like the alliances that merged to form Bel Air (RAD and Internet Superheroes iirc). Maybe this has everything to do with exactly what has been said in this thread. Maybe. Well no it's exactly that. People claiming this to be over the tech raid aren't in the know and, honestly I find it quite funny, are on your side. Did you not tell them all the things you said or did you leave those parts out? Yes I will concede that a tech raid was the tipping point of this incident, but to get to this point you had to do something far worse.
