1. Thats odd, because most of us in OP/CAT declared and launched attacks on the 22nd. One of my opponents attacked me back on the 22nd as well. The last day I was able to attack my opponents, and them to attack me back, was yesterday the 27th. We must've missed the memo somehow. 1/22 (1 day) 1/23 (2 days) 1/24 (3 days) 1/25 (4 days) 1/26 (5 days) 1/27 (6 days) War reports, as well as two thumbs and a four fingers tell me my math is correct. And yes, it was fun. Edit: too lazy to figure out the color tags, bold with brackets will have to do.
 2. OP/CAT vs RE began on the 22nd, and ended update of 27/28th Thats 6 days, which is twice as long as a "bullshit war", and 50% longer than a 4 day duck-a-real-war, war.
 3.
Cult of Skaro, WAPA, SNAFU, and War Doves DoW'ed Catharsis, Muscle Hamsters, and RD. Even though the OP is Cult of Skaro, it appears only SNAFU got the message by the declaration screens. OP either thought no one saw it or didn't care, and edited it as to cancel the war. Going off of the OP, it appears they may try to DoW again tomorrow night- "Will be up with the correspondent information tomorrow."
41 to 28? thats not very nice. Especially when one raider spoiled the whole thing.
 4.
...and btw never compare a stupid game to WWII lol
Nearly the exact same words came to mind when I read it as well, but yours are more suitable to audiences of all ages. Best of luck Warriors!
 5.
I just realized yesterday that Catharsis is WTF:TE! War of the neutrals?
We should do it the right way then...
 6.
Happy this resolved; thank you Vuk! Apple is really a nice guy!
Oh sure, as evident by all the messages he sent in-game and to random members on our forums... yeah, a real class act.
 7. Catharsis reached peace with RE as of the 24th, which was contingent upon OP, LE, TFK, PS, and possibly someone else who I am forgetting, but not intentionally, also gaining peace. Catharsis reached peace with NDO as of the 24th, which was contingent upon PS gaining peace with NDO. Today, Catharsis makes peace with TPC and CoS, which was contingent upon peace with TPC/CoS being made with PS and LE as well. Outside of one sissy boy rogue from Cult of Skaro, today is the last day of wars for Catharsis for at least 5 or 6 days.
 8.
Well, we can guarantee peace yet again if you'd like, but do not anticipate that there will not be accidents due to members not reading their messages, because they are flooded with many war messages.
You are at peace with PS correct? Then you have peace from us as well. We understand accidents happen, but when they happen regularly? Its a trend. Not directed at NDO as of this message.
 9. You understand incorrectly. Thats the first we heard of it. Believe what you want, the facts are presented for anyone with half a brain to see and draw a simple conclusion from should they choose. None of this is the dumb banter you regularly engage in, in fruitless attempts to one-up someone else. This is the truth, simple as it gets, take it or leave it.
 10. For the record... I will use the two quotes below, and their associated times stamps to further support what I'd been saying:
haven't heard from LE, so no peace has been agreed to as far as PS is concerned. we want to hear from LE first before committing to anything. i've talked to tevron and logistically the wars between PS and NDO all expire at update and all our guys are in anarchy, so we can't even war em on our end.

LE said they will agree to peace with RE.
Three minutes before update... anyone who expects peace to happen that fast, is dreaming, some of us do actually have real life commitments that require us to be away from a computer.
 11.
A RE nation got nuked by Catharsis..
Again, as in my reply you quoted, no one told US there was peace. Or even a cease fire.
Pwned
And you hitched your cart to that horse? And came up with that reply. Because while you obviously the role of the antagonist, I respect the amount of work you put in to do so regularly. A shame.
Interesting...Good Show Catharis /sarcasm
Another one.

You creatively quoted me. It was:
CAT is on board with the rest in regards to RE, including TFK, peace for all or peace for none.
RE is/was at war with many alliances, it was either peace for all alliances or peace for none.
I'd thought so too, but it looks like peace between Catharsis and anyone but RE was only accidentally implied in Asa's posts. I'm not actually certain, though. (At the very least, Cat and TPC are still at war.) Edit: also, can we get an official word on who LE is and is not at war with?

CAT is on board with the rest in regards to RE, including TFK, peace for all or peace for none.
NDO was giving peace to PS on the stipulation that they stopped attacking RE or that RE said it was ok to step out. No peace for PS, no peace for RE from CAT or NDO because they were at war with PS.
It looked like you were agreeing to peace out, apparently not. I guess the NDO-Cath war will continue then? I have had several nations pm me that they were GA'ed and responded with the like last night, which I believed was outside of the frames that everyone in the war was agreeing on.
Read above.
 12. Funny you should try to spin that. No one has told US there is peace, or even a cease fire, everyone is saying "we will peace if (insert name here) does", but no one has told us there is. And Peace has only been discussed in regards to RE. Peace with anyone else cascades from there on, so NDO. TPC, and CoS are still fair game as far as we are concerned... as they should consider us fair game as well. Check the RE war screen... theres a whole lot of "Currently Fighting" still going on huh? EDIT: Also interesting that you didnt show the whole days war results where we were nuked by a NSO nation for the first shot of the day. EDIT 2: Youre not even RE, who said TPC was getting peace at update?
 13.
Well then I think in good taste don't have your nations run full attacks and offer peace at the end of it ... Because I know if I wake up and am in war I don't check my messages before I attack especially if I have 20+ in my inbox
You dont understand. I'll give you an example. If war were to last until update tonight, and peace were to begin after update tonight? CAT nations would either send peace now if the days attacks have already concluded between both nations, of they would send peace first this after update when they log in and the chance for attacks have concluded for today. More than a few RE nations, would attack tomorrow, and then send peace. Regularly.
 14. CAT is on board with the rest in regards to RE, including TFK, peace for all or peace for none. BUT... Let it be known now, if the usual low blows from RE occur once again as they have EVERY TIME in the past where attacks are made after an agreed upon peace time? You may as well do your best keep us in anarchy for the rest of the round. It will no longer be tolerated, and any RE nation in range, not just the offender, will pay the price for such poor sportmanship. To further clarify low blows? I mean peace offers being sent by CAT nations, only to be met with attacks from RE nations after the agreed upon peace time, and then followed up with peace offers from the offending RE nations.
 15.
3rd IIRC
This is correct.
 16.
The fact is 3 little alliances who were trying to be opportunists, end up justifying their actions after getting caught with their *shirts* down when something of an equal magnitude is pulled out against them. Actually it should make you feel more embarrassed than ever..Seriously You guys call yourself an alliance?
Who else attacked NDO? When we declared there were still well over 3/4 of their alliance not at war with anyone outside of tech raids.
 17.
That is what tends to happen in a war, also you have to consider that most of PS was top tier at the time.
I don't understand the intent of the second half of the sentence, everyone at one point or another has been on the wrong end of the NS teeter totter in a war.
1: Have any idea on who is anywhere near the size of RE? Not a lot of people, at the time SUN/NDO were already in a war. 2: Is it that hard to send a few PM's to someone outside your group?
In 6 plus years of playing, I've never looked at the alliance strength chart before. Ever. Nope. Plus, I'm not just talking about this war. CAT has been declared on twice by RE already in this round, and I believe twice in the last. Thats at least 3 times, and maybe 4, that the mighty RE has taken the easier road on its way to dominance. Everyone knows that its an easier time hitting many small alliances and pretend they are your equal than to hit one or two larger groups of the same size. More often than not, people with strong similarities band together in groups. If those similarities limit when you can and cannot be online, then its much more than just sending a "few pm's". Even if it takes an extra day to get coordinated? Thats a big deal when considering the game mechanics favor those who are online at a specific time for the initial blitz. Not even to mention the moral hit taken by smaller inexperienced groups when they see theyve been declared on by an alliance 4 times their size. When was the last time you saw a large group declare on a band of small ones and come out the loser? I for one, never have.
 18.
PS shouldn't have hit RE in the first place. PS, LE, and Cat hit RE while we were at war with 4 other alliances. And you are saying the actions of NDO are absurd? Simply because the 3 alliances that hit RE knew this was their only chance to knock down RE. They couldn't do it themselves and they couldn't have found a better opportunity then right now when we were at war with OP, an experienced alliance.
CAT didnt just hit RE, only 9 of our declarations were on RE targets... weather PS should have hit RE or not is not relevant to what I said. The fact is the strongest alliance in game asked for help from the second strongest alliance because a whopping 6 nations they didnt account for. It shouldve been embarrassing to ask for help in the first place, let alone admit the help was needed.
 19.
the NDO top hit the PS top. They are trying to get peace not drag it out. So the 40 member point really doesnt do much.
In NDO's declaration the closing statement was "Pork Shrimp will have their war slots filled". Pretty clear cut as to the intention. And yes yes, youre so much better at a free online game than everyone else... certainly something I'm sure you hold with high value that you think anyone else can care about or is impacted by your TE trash talk. Youre one of the few who take this seriously enough that you had to call in the second biggest alliance to take down the 25th smallest group for you. Funny how you rarely seem to take on a single opponent your own size tho, instead spreading your online coolness across many smaller groups that obviously would be incapable of coordinating between themselves. Kinda like that big nerdy kid who picks on all the kids two grades below him because the other kids their age are too much to hang with.
Proves you cant go toe to toe with Rome on any type of fair field.
You realize how you sound right? Placing a value high enough on a 5 minute a day game to actually throw down the gauntlet of righteous indignation as if youve been so seriously wronged? Put a fair field out there and we'll talk, its neither our fault that we're smaller than you anymore than it is yours that youre larger than us... but it IS your choice to pick who you declare on, especially back to back in a round. We just decided to help you get the Catharsis hat trick.
 20.
We did what we thought we needed to in order to even this up.
The following is a sincere question, not some BS posturing, whining, role playing, failed attempts at getting an inflammatory response, or whatever happens on these forums. If you remember, I always have spoken frankly with you. So the 17 nations in CAT were that big of a game changer (see also: "tipping point") to the nearly one hundred nations of RE and NDO (less than 10 of which were involved in the PS/RE conflict) combined that you felt it was your obligation to step in as well and throw another 23 on the pile in spirit of fairness? The 18 CAT war slots taken by TPC/CoS last night were incapable of being filled by the other near one hundred nations we declared upon? Especially considering how many NDO nations arent at war at all? Strictly asking from a CAT point of view, and would only like the involvement of CAT to be addressed please since we were the tipping point. Some clarification for our actions? NDO was declared upon because they stated they would fill PS's war slots, the mighty 6 man game changers themselves who saw something they felt was wrong and decided to do something about it instead of sitting by. CAT then saw a stated 44 to 6 gang bang coming and decided that might doesnt make right, something that Burning Glory seemed to think WAS an acceptable tactic in rounds past and we were on the wrong end of more times then we cared to remember. We too felt NDO's actions were wrong based on the promise of filling war slots just as PS had their reasons for attacking RE, so we did something about it. RE? was declared on because of past less-than-acceptable treatment of CAT, especially this round and the last, added to the fact they asked for help from the then second largest alliance in TE to assist with 6 nations was absurd. Fact is, CAT was going to be declaring on RE by herself before RE hit OP and friends, had planned to do so for over a week, and we got beat by a single day. This is why we had little problem attacking both NDO and RE, because we were already prepared for a lopsided war... and whats an extra 40 nations anyway.
 21.
That's why I said you can try..... I know you can't declare on day 0
My apologies, I typically skim over replies of more than a few sentences or that use teenage-level internet-cool phrases... regardless of which alliance the poster belongs to. So when I saw the day zero statement I incorrectly thought it was yours, not a rebuttal to a post I ignored.
U Mad?
And theres one of those previously mentioned phrases now.
 22.
I'd like to see you try and kick our asses on day 0...
You can't declare on day zero rookie. Nowhere did we ever say we intended to kick anyone's asses.
 23.
Catharsis is condemned for escalating this war needlessly. They will be met with the full force of NDO, because we feel like it.
You are mistaken... there is no "this war" being escalated. NDO has 43 nations, 6 were at war with another alliance of 6 nations. You don't really count your 43-6 tech raid as a war do you? Should we have waited another 10 days so your other 37 nations had time to properly prepare?
 24. Let the cries of down declares, up declares, sideways declares, backwards declares, opportunism, band wagoning, dog piling, curbstomping, and whatever CN-cool terms it is that are en vogue commence in order to boost worthless post counts everywhere. Especially, don't forget to consider commenting on our lack of nations declaring at update and also whatever other countless unfair advantages you can cook up that we've given ourselves. Bottom line? Catharsis declares war on NDO and RE. Because we feel like it. That is all. Signed, Catharsis
