Unlike my predecessor, I actually like to stay in and dedicate some quality time to an alliance.

Funny, not to add to the drama, or to, gods forbid, feed Rena's giant ability to troll the sh-- out of even our own alliances forums... Rena left government, the rest of government who supported HIM left as well, effectively leaving myself and a three-week inactive minister in charge... I enacted a charter that gave voting rights to the membership, and wanted to put in general elections for the end of march. Rena's old charter had made "emperor" a one year term, only removed if that person stepped down. I canceled a PIAT with an alliance that was diplomatically inactive, and promised the membership to put the alliance on a peace centered, diplomatic path... Instead of looking to pick a fight with alliances like the MHA, or as Rena wanted, the NPO. What do I get in return? A attempted coup, threats, and banned from my own forums and IRC channels. Rena's just angry because I effectively destroyed HIS imperial monarchist political stand point in favor for a potential Democracy... and yet I'm called a dictator. Go figure x3

[b]Section II: Executive Branch[/b] The Executive Branch shall consist of a President, whose job it is to act as both Head of State and Head of Government; Exercising authority as Commander-in-Chief of the TPC Defense Force, and acting as the peacekeeper, with which to extend a hand of friendship to new, and friendly alliances; yet, to guide the alliance as the great leader during time of war. [b]Section III: Administrative Branch[/b] The Administrative Branch shall cover the day-to-day operations of the alliance, such as initiating, and maintaining the Diplomatic interests of the alliance, forging new bonds of friendship and treaties; Selecting, and recruiting nations, and helping them grow; Providing for the common defense of the alliance, and training the military; and expanding, and growing the economic foundation of the alliance. [i]The formal name for an Administrative position shall be styled as 'Secretary'.[/i] [center][b]Article II: Electoral Process[/b] [i]“Free elections, brought to you by the number 7, yay 7!”[/i][/center] [b]Section I: Executive Elections[/b] The Executive Branch is elected to four month terms, by the Administrative Branch. No one “President” shall be elected to more than two terms. [b]Section II: Administrative Elections[/b] The Administrative Branch is elected to three month terms, by the general membership. There are no term restrictions for Administrative positions. The Administrative portion of the alliance is responsible for voting in a new, or incumbent Executive Branch. [b]Section III: Voting Rights and Procedure[/b] Every member of the TPC, who are in good standing, and not been convicted of an offense by the Administrative Branch, is capable of running for election in either Branch. However, a potential Candidate is limited to running for one position, per election, per term. When a Simple majority of 55% or more has been reached with any elected position during elections, that person with the majority vote shall be declared the winner of that position. Also, the Administrative Branch is responsible for drafting new laws, and statutes to the TPC Revised Statutes document. The Provisional Constitution of the Yiffy International alliance for Friends and Furs (herein referred to as Yiff!), Shall act as the Alliance Charter and Codes of Lawl Articles of Yiff! Article I - Government Policy and Status The Government of Yiff! shall consist of a High Seat Responsible for building the Alliance and maintaining peace and security, Thus the Title shall be; Prime Yiffer.
