1. The Japanese State has held friendly terms with the Procintican government long since the founding of the Haruhiist Empire. We wish them luck in finding the proper path for their nation's future.
2.
Why don't you come along yourself next time. We've got a nice little room all ready for you.
Welcome to the SO~S Brigade! Such a lovely place, such a lovely goddess. Plenty of war slots in the SO~S Brigade. Any time of year, you can attack us here!
3. Here's for even more Haruhiism, it's been good to exist with you guys for a year! o/ SOS
4.
Fixed Its more of an optional-love/enforced hate relationship, whatever works
Now, servant, admit that you have a shrine hidden in your walls! Do it!
5. Do you have a superhero alter-ego that can detect my presence, Skippy? ...or is it your undying love and devotion for me Congrats, I guess, to objectively the worst treaty partners we could ever have. :insertcacklesmughere: (optional hailing is optional, btw.)
6. Haruhi's silence was something that probably left a bad mark in the air as they traveled in the car. Of course, silence after tense situations never was the greatest relief on the situations, and only served to continue to leave a stagnant and cold atmosphere. Block by block passed by, and the mix of traditional and ever-growing modern Japanese architecture could come into sight as the car went by them. It was only so long before they finally arrived on the outskirts of town and began to approach the house that Haruhi had turned into her hermitage of sorts. It was a usual suburban house with two stories, and was not exactly strange and didn't stand out as much as one would expect. Technically, the house did not even exist on the registry for the city. The car stopped and an armed guard, with an assault rifle slung across his back, opened the door for the ladies of the hour. When Haruhi stepped out, being the one closest to the door opened, she motioned for Amyante to follow her (and bring Mayoi with her, of course). The scenery outside the house at the moment was something you wouldn't expect however. Troops dressed in armor, clad in a samurai fashion (with modern materials) on top of their usual uniforms. They were also armed with what appeared to be an interesting assault-rifle, a development that had been in prototype stages since the beginning of the Greater Japanese Empire. A girl, relatively young, but about the same age as Haruhi approached them. Her flowing white hair strangely matched the white armoring on the uniforms, which were black in contrast. Her contacts, although strange, only served to prove the point that these -were not- your typical soldiers. The girl with the flowing white hair gave a hasty military salute, and then bowed before Haruhi. Kohaku simply stood by her side with her weapons sheathed, motionless. After noticing Amyante and Mayoi near her, she waved to the two of them and bowed politely. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Nia Teppelin, Executive Commander of the Provisional Honor Guard"

9.
I call shenanigans on the whole thing! Did you even read the treaty? There's no claue that "ties us" entirely. Whilst this is official, it is a HIGHLY optional treaty :3
Bolded and underlined. I would only go this far to help you understand, arexes. Only for you~
10.
We'll work it out love.
Maybe one day, you hedgehog.
11. Bernkastel, I loathe you. I think it's time we discussed a divorce. My only demands are half of your anime stash. o/ SOS o/ TIO
12. Haruhi shut the cell phone off after making the call to Teppelin. She didn't want to be traced, and she had a fear that someone might try to. She could never be overly cautious and even the simplest things like that could assist her in not being found. She got in the car, and began to relay instructions to the drivers. One of the key reasons she'd been out of touch with the government and the people in it, now obviously trying to kill her, again, was because she lived in the outskirts of Osaka, and had changed addresses, moving as quietly as possible in the process. It was hard to keep an eye on someone you couldn't find. Taiga had been moved to the underground bunker, with a combination lock that only she and a select few she trusted knew about, and Teppelin and some of the members of the Provisional Honor Guard would be standing guard outside of the house, waiting for her arrival. She let out a sigh, and just watched the scenery as they drove. It was the least she could do to calm herself.
13. Haruhi was irritated with the way things were going. The dying words of the man she had just punched, and whom was now dead from Kohaku's blade, stung deep inside of her heart, awakening knowledge of something that she had tried to deny repeatedly. To the nation of Japan, Haruhi had stepped down, although this was far from the actual truth. The actual truth of the entire matter pained her, and she couldn't help but feel the need to release it. She was going to get them to a safe place, and take care of it there. If she kept this locked up inside her forever, and didn't take some kind of action, she would regret it. Her steps, light as they had always been with the slippers she was wearing, were far from comparable to the thud of Kohaku's traditional shoes. Masking her emotions, keeping a straight face, and trying to maintain composure, she nodded to Kohaku and motioned for he to follow. The sound of a thud from within earshot made her eyes immediately look towards the location of the sound, allowing her to notice the now fainted Mayoi. She clicked her tongue. People around her were doomed to come within distance of things like depression, pain, sorrow, suffering. Why could she only stop some, but not all of it? The answer was, she was human. Humans could only do so much before they reached their limit. She winced at how true this fact really was. It was ingrained in stone, set as god's word. She picked up her pace, and so did Kohaku, as they rushed over to Mayoi and Amyante. Her mask broke a little, as she allowed tears to flow again. "Why... do people keep screwing with the individuals I care for, and even me? Amy... get in the car with Mayoi, now. I need to make an important call, and then we are getting out of here and going to a safe place that only me and a select few know about. It's for the better, I need to get something off my chest." Kohaku helped the two female friends of Haruhi get into the car, as she picked up her cellphone and dialed someone she hadn't spoken to in far too long, the very person who managed her 'house guard' and the former special forces of Japan. The person she knew was eternally loyal, not just to the Empire, but also the Empress Suzumiya. She was one of the last people she'd ever call, but one of the few she knew she could trust: Nia Teppelin. Upon dialing the number, it reached 'Honor Guard Provisional Forces' headquarters. The HGFP was something she never liked using as a card against anything, but when situations like this came about, this was the only government institution at the moment that she could vest her faith in, at least ones that were armed and not military-related. She managed to get to Nia after about a minute worth of waiting, after letting them know who was calling them. The conversation with Teppelin, although short, rang a sense of truth in Haruhi's heart that she desperately needed right now. What she had just done was called out a contingent of the Honor Guard on a mission: protecting the 'Empress' and meeting up with her at the designated point she had given. Teppelin would attend a conference with sleect individuals, including Haruhi, Amyante, Mayoi, and Kohaku, at that point. It was time.
14. o/ Tetris I'm suprised that I received an award, and I wasn't expecting it. Appreciate it guys, <3 you!
15. Japan supports the foundation of the State of Nanyo. By acknowledging it's the Japanese culture embedded beneath the surface, even stronger ties are expected.
16. Fans in the Greater Japanese Empire were in ecstasy. Despite the shoddy results in the previous Cup of Nations, their team had actually managed to have some initial success. The rings of 'Nippon Banzai!' were heard throughout the nation: in government offices, bars, and households. All across the nation, national fervor was at the highest point since the founding of the existing state of Japan as it was now.
17. Japan is a Absolute Monarchy with the facade of democratic workings beneath it.
18.
Really, you had to bring your anime lackies? Xelios should smite you all.
Whoa there, broseph, have you ever heard of a little thing called decency or respect? Sorry, I couldn't resist the opportunity. But yes, we've got nukes. To all TDF members: Nukes are 'free launch'.
19.
o/ TDF Welcome to the war.
Watch our CN Staff, we're bringing some nukes to the fight.

21. "Japan is interested in becoming an applicant for this. As one of the primary nations in it has strong ties to our country."
22. OOC: You cause too much drama in CNRP for my liking, far more than neccessary. Consider your roleplays henceforth ignored by me. I didn't roleplay seriously because I don't take you seriously. You're a joke, just like all the other incarnations of yourself on this forum in the past. You know how you used to call me an old friend? Don't ever talk to me again.
23. OOC: 'At the former Japanese capital'. I don't see a Neo in there, and I'm certain that I am Japan.
24. OOC: Nice job Szent, considering I never moved the ships outside of the former Japanese capital (Nishinomiya)'s local port. One must also consider that I never actually RP'ed a single occupation force landing. So to me, this is a massive joke. It's just a petty little roleplay between yourself and Kankou that I don't care about, the only things related to it I do care about happen to be OOC matters that I do not wish to discuss on these forums. So you can fire missiles and crap at ships that are way back in Japanese territorial waters? Dude, you've got some range. From the sheer insane amount of godmodding I've seen out of you, as well, and it seems like it'll continue if I seriously roleplay this... As much as it goes against my principles, I'm going to ignore this war and cease to recognize it for now. I'll wait until the GM's look over this.
25. Chancellor Amakuza Juuza will be attending for Japan.
