1. Here's the bullet points from the information index: Bills will be adjusted to omit the days that your nation was inactive. (You won't be charged for the days that you are inactive) Taxes get reset to the same date that your nation was restored. (No back collecting) Last wonder purchase date gets reset to the date that the player exits inactivity mode. So, if you just came back from inactivity, there's no collection available.
 2. Foreign Aid Commission, one of the wonders available. Allows you to receive 50% more cash per aid slot (doesn't change the amount of tech or soldiers that can be sent with that slot).
 3. Obviously it is, but at 1999 infra, you have gained population, and been able to purchase additional improvements. Those additional citizens and improvements will increase what you are receiving in taxes each day, thereby increasing what you will have as profit each day. I've always heard this referenced to as an infra jump. You purchase at least a certain amount of infra, so that after all of your purchases (infra and improvements), your daily profit is more than it was sitting at x999.99 (could be 999.99, 1999.99, 2999.99, etc). To make it simple on myself, I typically will save until I have enough for 1000 infra, so I bounce from one infra jump point to the next.
 4. What I'm trying to say is, there is a cost increase in the maintenance of infrastructure at 1000 infra. Those sitting at 999.99 infra have not yet hit that increase, while those that sit at 1000.00 or above have. So, nations that sit at 1001 infra are actually losing money, as they do not gain many additional citizens from 999, and their bills have increased because they have crossed the infra jump point.
 5. It would take you to 1001, but with the way the bills calculation works, there is a jump in what you pay at 1000 infra. So, with 1001 infra, you'll actually make less every day than you will with 999 infra.
 6. You'll be labeled as an aid thief, and the person that did not get their tech will work to have you aid and trade sanctioned on every color they can. Basically, if that happens, you can no longer receive aid from anyone on that color spehere, or trade publicly with anyone on that color sphere (which means that you won't get the +1 happiness for in color trading). You're going to be selling to nations that likely have 1000's of tech. For someone purchasing tech from 0 to 100, 6 mil is a great deal, because the small nation will make pretty good money doing that. However, for the nation with 1000's of tech, 6 mil won't buy very much, because the price for tech escalates based on how much tech your nation has. As an example, buying from 0-10 tech is much less expensive than buying from 90-100 tech. Buying from 0-100 tech is much less expensive than buying from 900-1000 tech.
 7. As has been said above, yes, Black team passed the proposal Edit: Proposal was passed on 16th of February.
 8. o/ NPO o/ TORN
It seems scars of the past are easily forgotten.
You really have no idea. It took some time, but we've finally been able to talk about our past issues in private.
...but if I ever went rogue on an alliance it would be TORN.
Please?? I even promise that I'll put whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries on top of every nuke I send your way.
 9. Best of luck to our friends in FEAR. I'm sure this was not an easy decision for you guys.
 10.
lol 35.00000001 not 35.00001
Just picked up the moon base. Are you guys still having to input the coordinates like this, or has it changed to integers??
 11. I agree with all of the points written by Lackistan, just gotta take a small exception with one.
...let Gramlins die with some semblance of dignity remaining.
They lost any and all dignity they had with their "unconditional surrender or die" bit.
 12.
So what if Peron used his signature without authorization?

You mention Peron using his signature in this thread as well it seems. The fact is, he was overruled and you should probably take up his signature being used with Ertyy and Mad Mike rather than try to play it off like Peron did something wrong. You need to look inside your house on this one.

That's really beside the point. The signature issue is between Ram and Peron.
umm, actually, since you started saying Peron used Ram's sig with out Ram's consent, it is relevant. And, Ram is 1 of 3 members of your gov. It's pretty common for all of a gov's signatures to be added to a document like this, even if not all voted for it. Like Matt said, this is an internal Gre issue. Peron did nothing wrong using Ram's signature. Edit: Maybe not as common as I thought, based on the 2 comments above mine. In which case, it needed to be very clearly told to Peron that Ram's signature was not to be added.
 13. wait, UIR Gov, you mean King Tallioer??? /me falls on ground laughing hysterically. /me finally stops laughing, and wipes tears from eyes after laughing so hard. I thought he had left Planet Bob.
 14.
That's the point he's making. The action being that IRON would go in paperless for one of those alliances, the same action they !@#$%*ed about Gre doing.
What I remember IRON complaining about is not that Gre entered via a paperless route, but that they entered paperless saying it was a defensive war, wanting reps and "unconditional surrender". Maybe I'm wrong...(OOC, I've been on vacation for the last 2 weeks, and CN has not been on my mind, so I may not remember things correctly.)
 15.
Except for that Hilowe, that thing is icky
Dude, shhhh. I've been to the doctor, and had it taken care of. There is no need to talk about it anymore....
 16.
KV? Oh man.. there goes the thread...
Couldn't have agreed more.
Also, if this is a Q & A thread.. shouldn't it be in Open World?

Moving to Alliance Announcements.
Who is going to argue with the wisdom of Harry Dresden?? (Not sure where thick posted it to start with)
This is how TORN does FA. Stay on there forums for a month and you'll all see. It call comes back to that.
Is there any other way to do FA???
 17.
This is very old news. You should try to keep up... but that would require you to read in order to comprehend rather than to make jabs.
Wait, so are you saying that you do know what the terms that would be offered to IRON and DAWN are now?? I've never seen you claim differently. And, as an FYI, I have been following this thread and feel that I have pretty good reading comprehension.
 18. Actually, JimKongIl has been out of PM for a couple days at least. Didn't realize it until Haf congratulated him on his "impeccably clean war screen". http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=83465&view=findpost&p=2309859
 19.
...and no one sane invests in infrastructure when his country is at war.
unless you feel the need to fire off some nukes, and have less then 1k infra....
 20.
Has anyone else noticed that nobody in Gramlins’ top 35 is even engaged?
Yes, and it's because Gre pretty well owns the top spot, outnumbering IRON and DAWN there. Get outside of that area of NS, and IRON and DAWN greatly outnumber Gre.
