I can perfectly "live" in the roleplay environment respecting other people's roleplay. Apparently other people do not respect my will to roleplay a nation, they want me out of the roleplay - this is something i do not tolerate. What i'm asking is to not enforce other people's rules on me. This is CNRP, not "PlayerName, etc" roleplay. Everyone has the right to stay here and roleplay a nation without being harrased oocly. Stop bothering me about my roleplay mode, i will not change it, i will not leave the game, i will not recognize RP wars. I don't like your roleplay either, but i respect it, and i don't ask you to leave. Because i was informed about what the people say in #cnrp about me, i don't really care about that, confirms my idea that Cyber Nations Role Play is influenced by the OOC irc chat.

However, an attack on me is an attack on Nordreich. This is the reason why alliances exist. When real life nations do not like themself, they do not automatically declare war on each other.. it's the lack of realism that led me to stick with Botha's law of responsible roleplay. No, because even if IG alliances are not recognized in the roleplay by the majority of players, i do recognize an existing "Nord" alliance backing Italy in case of war (Nordreich). I would have never roleplayed my extremist policies (RP) without the necessary (IG and RP) support.

Co-existing doesen't mean i have to be forced to roleplay with rules not even remotely related to what i am used to call realistic roleplay. Realistic doesen't mean with real world numbers, realistic means with mentally stable leaders who take decisions thinking about consequences and possible reactions which is the reason i have decided to stick with Botha's rules of responsible roleplay, because in CNRP there are only a few people who do responsible roleplay. I don't think declaring war on a country "to prove you can declare war" is something a responsible leader would do, but being an IG war, it has my full recognition, and thus i am roleplaying it.

When considering Italy, observers often waver between fascination and fear. Fascination raises a major problem, as this type of attraction does not imply any understanding of the Italians as such. On the contrary, ignorance may be necessary to keep the fascination going. Nor is fear a rational attitude. Its emotional nature is based on a strongly selective perception of traits feeding anxiety. Neither fascinating, nor disquieting, the real Italy is rich and complex. Italy has always been viewed as a world in itself, isolated from the rest of the planet. For an extremely long time, it did not feel any necessity to develop relationship with other nations. We don't know how the barbarians called themself, know what the romans called them, trought their writings. And when the barbarians invaded roman cities, they were so impressed by their level of civilizatio and administration, they all tried to be roman themself. We are not hiding we fact we colonised Somalia. We are proud of what we have done there, we have showed the stability of the Italian system, a system that can be toppled only with the military force, because it's almost perfect due to its bureaucratic nature. Yes we occupied somalia and we estalished a colony, a true colony, probably the first true colony since the XIX° century. But we didn't kill anyone with our colonialism, did we? On the contrary, we built hospitals, schools, universities, banks, roads, factories. The problem is you "anti-imperialist" people are too uncivilized to understand what is good for a stateless country, you think anarchy is better than foreign rule. Just like the barbarian hordes, who toppled the roman state (only the western half) while it was weak, after more than 1000 years of glory and conquest.. they attacked us while we were weak and undefended, but they didn't prove any superiority. Just because their guns are bigger, doesen't mean their system is better.

We have built one country, you have bombarded many countries. The troubles of Italy have occured in Italian Somalia and never influenced our politics at home. Our national politics are not influenced by oversea happenings. Italy is one of the most stables countries, in Europe? No, on the planet. The things we have achieved (Independence, prosperity, wealth, employment, infrastructures, technology, the space program) were all achieved trought peaceful and diplomatic methods, we always managed to avoid war and destruction.. so as you can see, what happens over the alps, and over the sea, does not influence our policies. While the rest of the world is busy trying to find a new "nordland" to topple, we have elected a constituent assembly and wrote a beautiful constitution you probably didn't read... today countries politics are all about nukes and revolutions... you can argue life in Italy is kinda of boring and bureaucratic, but at least we don't glow green.

The reason Rebel Army granted you independence is not for a sudden respect for the Sicilian and Sardinian people... if they wanted to, they would have done that long before. The real reason, the one they hide behind their lies, is to eliminate even the most remote eventuality of a possible occupation, in case of collapse, by Italian forces. Since your nation is populated by ethnic Italians, who were (are) historically one of the most advanced people in the known world, you will surely succeed in building a nation where the Middle Easterns built an occupation force for more than 6 months. Howeber a one day old nation is not proof of success and independence. When we established the Italian Republic, nobody was sure it would have lasted so long. I think the the Aphrike treaty has caused enough damage to the Somali people, who are now stateless and without constitutional rights to defend them. Where there was a nation, now there is a protectorate. What is better? If you think invading a peaceful colony is better than letting it prospere in peace and wealth, then i am not surprised you have managed to get your capital nuked. In 6 months, we had no violence and no wars, in 6 months, you caused so much damage in your land you had to find someone else to destroy.
