1. So he bought another 0.5 tech and was able to accept the foreign aid
 2. I am getting the error "The sending nation no longer has the required amount of technology to send this aid package" when the nation clearly has 100.0 tech to send for the foreign aid amount of 100.0. The sending ruler is "Eagleeye7295" and mine is "Dan2680". Any idea what might be causing this? I am told that everyone to whom he sent the same aid package is getting the same error message.
 3. It looks like CSN will be gaining a lot of money and tech from this little endeavor How much aid from allies will you guys need this time to keep the war going?
 4. congratulations guys! You have been working hard for a long time to make this happen, and its finally here. Things won't be easy, if anything they will probably be harder but I know you guys will pull through. o/ Sanitarium o/ Invicta <3
 5.
Lately, this forum has degraded into one of the most despicable cesspools of posturing and e-peen waving we have ever seen. Specifically, the whining of the New Sith Order and the outrageous arguments that the Legion have been making are new lows for us as a community. We cannot stand it any longer, our ears have bled enough. While Tetris have worked in earnest to find an amicable solution, the Legion and the New Sith Order have let their far-too-inflated egos get in the way of negotiating in good faith. As of update tonight, the Legion and New Sith Order have 72 hours to find a peace agreement. If peace has not been reached when this window expires, the Mushroom Kingdom and the Viridian Entente will take matters into our own hands. We'll show you how to truly coordinate on the battlefield, and we will demonstrate how to act with class until all parties have found peace.
Haha wow, worst excuse for a war that I have ever seen. New low for you guys... also doing a whole lot to improve what you claim is going wrong with this. o/ Hypocrits
 6. I wish to give a warm welcome to all of the members from JAMA joining our ranks. Also, as JAMA was a protectorate of ours and now that they are joining us, we are still extending protection to their AA.
 7.
And GOONs weren't the ones that needed 11 alliances all on the smallest of enemies.
Did NPO ask to be attacked with absolutely no CB and no warning? And we get called cowards?
And the significant damage we sustained - one of your cluster's points of pride - wasn't inflicted by Invicta, if we're going to prescribe to the same nonsensical line of logic here.
Never said it was all from us? Maybe you should try reading? Also not that it matters, but we received just as many people against us proportionately. Minus the banks who were in hippy and maybe a few nations that were below 500NS... we had our wars filled.
No, that's actually the correct number. It is that disproportionate hippy moding - as well as their refusal to fight the heavyweights and insistence instead on focusing on the smallest of enemies - that did no favors to others in their coalition (and resulted in certain alliances fighting on their suffering heavier losses). How noble.
So 3% of their alliance sustained 58% damage or w/e of their total NS?
Funny, the same can be said of you and your talking points, which never hold water despite how many times they're brought up (and summarily refuted). I suppose it best illustrates why Invicta is a perfect complement to Legion in this MAHLIP.
Haters gonna hate, dont see me whining though.
 8.
They were so affective at fighting they hide 97% of the alliance in peacemode leaving there allies to take the brunt of the damage, they opted to pay us money instead of fighting. Swell alliance. So yea THEY are the crud alliance. I know it's hard for you and your allies to swallow but you were beaten soundly. The money is sweet I enjoyed my slots being filled with 4.5 mill packages from Legion, This is the only worth while thing they have achieved in the last few years. So yea, crud alliance.
When did I say we werent defeated soundly? Wasnt from goons though. Also, from what I can see 97% is FAAAAAAAR from the actual number. Also how many billion did you guys receive in the war from allies? 2 or 3? or maybe 4 billion? Now you need more from everyone you fought? That is hilarious... and speaks for itself.
 9.
Cute, the funny thing is I don't really care what collection of caps/lower case you use. Nice try though. You can call us GONS, GOONs, GOONS, GoOnS, it doesn't really matter to me. What does matter is your crud alliance paying GOONS 2.4 billion.
At least they werent the ones who NEEDED the 2.4 billion + many billions more during the war just so they could actually fight... so yeah THEY are the crud alliance...
 10.
well Legion must be amazing because everyone seems to hate us.
I think its very cute their obsession over us
UMAD
11. The most amazing and original idea ever! Sign me up!
 12. I find it very funny that people are down playing poaching... "Poaching is no big deal" "Poaching is not a CB" "If the members wanted to stay, they would have" I can guarentee without a doubt, anyone who has said this would throw a HUGE FIT if their members were being poached. Maybe they offered incentives? Who knows? All I know is poaching is completely unacceptable... seriously dont be stupid.
 13. Poaching is completely unacceptable, have fun teaching them a little lesson o/ SOS

 15.
You think I'd prefer the NSO sitting out because it is a pain? No. We had friends on both sides of this conflict. Polar was attacked. STA was fighting. But we had to sit out, as it was the coalition strategy to save its more valuable cards until later. NPO finally got attacked for no reason, as far as I think (DH thinks differently of course), and we decided to come in. If we didn't, NSO members would have left in droves to fight elsewhere. We think this war is stupid, yes, but it was one that was bound to happen. Losing side or not, it is the side we support and the side we have our friends on. Still, we made a choice to enter. We could have activated the Hydra treaty to get in on the winning side, or we could have claimed conflicting treaties and sat out. But we choice to get in on it because we felt it the right thing to do. But make no mistake, it was a choice. Call it honor or sacred duty or whatever pretty words make you feel best, but there is no skirting around it. You, like us, made the conscious choice to honor your agreement. And you choice to hit GOONS, knowing the consequences. Do I believe any alliance should have to pay reps for honoring a treaty? Absolutely not. I do believe GOONS is wrong to ask for that, but the facts are what they are. The reality is what it is. We all knew what the consequences would be for choosing to honor our treaties when we got into this. NSO had the choice to support CD or NPO. MHA would have been a quick and easy war, and we could have left with no reps, little damage, and a mere re-entry clause. We could have avoided the whole GOONS thing. But we chose to fight GOONS. We lost. GOONS dictates the terms. Anyway, no, defending NPO is not a pain, and something I do gladly. Having to defend it while being in the same coalition as Invicta and Legion, I won't lie. That is pretty painful.
I agree with everything you said up until about the last part there...
 16.
I don't even know what is going thru your head to come to this conclusion. NPO is not apart of RV's argument, it is the rest of them that jumped at the chance to hit goons. They should know what to expect from the alliance who demands reps from anyone who wrongs us. Why you keep bringing up NPO as part of your counter argument is beyond, do you just have the one note to chirp?
Lol, you think I really care about attacking you? I never jumped at the chance to hit GOONS. Though truth be told, given the circumstances I am plenty willing to jump at the chance to defend my ally.
 17.
Also, was anyone forced to defend NPO? No. We chose to honor our obligations to our ally, or those who entered on chains, such as 64D, ASU, NAC, and CoJ, among others, it was done so by the choice to fight for either beliefs or to help other friends. No one was forced to enter into this war. And plus, if you didn't know what to expect that is your own fault. I knew what to expect going into this.
You act like defending your ally is a pain... do you have no friends on CN? When my ally is dishonourably attacked by a multitude of alliances (who else was that complaining about being dog piled now?) I do not simply just choose to enter... I am honour bound to fullfil my treaty obligations. I want to defend my ally, because he is my ally... he is my friend... I know what to expect going into war... apparently GOONS was a little shocked to be attacked though. And I beg to differ, NPO had no choice what so ever. They were forced to enter this war.
 18.
Reps are what you get to pay for and rebuild from damages you sustained. If an alliance is too small to pay for the damages they did, it's either because they're just tiny to begin with, or they took enough damage that trying to get anything else from them wouldn't be worthwhile. In which case I'd personally say, just let that one go, they suffered enough. The only one of our rep terms that's even that high is the Legion one. And I don't know about you, but I don't really intend to reward an alliance for not fighting. Especially one that declares war and then hides. Not only do I not like the idea of it being used in this war, but I don't want to promote it or see it being used again in any war, by any alliance, on any side. If people think they can simply hide all their nations and avoid paying, they're sorely mistaken. The number is a punishment for hiding, and a deterrent to anyone thinking to employ this tactic again. You can call that whatever you want. Maybe not reps, but certainly not extortion. Punishment would be a better term. Extortion would imply they did nothing to deserve it.
Would it not be more reasonable to request their members drop out of peace mode for a proper war then? Also, how is it your place to decide whether an alliance deserves to be punished? If they never did that much damage to you, you should be grateful. Im going to write up a short play for you right now. Its all about two alliances... Alliance 1: Oh ho ho, you declared war on us but just hid in peace mode. Alliance 2: Yeah sorry, oh well... we cool? Alliance 1: Cool? No you pay us a gazillionbillion dollars! Alliance 2 + rest of world: How does that make sense?
 19.
Fortunately we won't be asking NPO for reps. I like the guts you show in continuing to insist there was no CB (as I told HoT, just because you don't agree with the CB doesn't mean there wasn't one). You're of course free to defend people you're obligated to defend, just be aware that sometimes there are consequences for actions. Pretty sure everyone knows that attacking GOONS results in reps, so you shouldn't be surprised when we bring it up after you attack us (regardless of your reason). It's pretty simple, really. If you don't want to pay GOONS reps, don't attack GOONS.
Haha im sorry, I must appologize... there was a CB. The CB is that big bad NPO might hurt you. [/childy sucky voice]
 20.
But you aren't asking for reps. Reps are a figure designed to repair the damage you suffered. Sardonic has admitted you are charging based on ability to pay, not damage caused. Therefore, it is by definition extortion and not reps. I really don't care, either way the numbers are just outrageous, but I believe that's what he was getting at.
Quoted for truth. As I agree with what this poster has said.
 21.
If someone decides to attack you, asking for reps is extortion? What?
You tell me? You are the ones who hit NPO with absolutely no CB what so ever. Good try though. Also, we came in on a mutual defence agreement. Im not sure how you would do things over there in lolhouse, but when my ally gets attacked in such a cowardly manner, I defend him.
 22.
We attacked NPO, Legion attacked us. It is our policy to get reparations from all parties that attack us, reparations based on ability to pay, not damage done.
Then that isnt reparations, that is extortion. Plain and simple.
 23.
For those Pacificans who feign a lack of understanding as to why Planet Bob does not take their words at face value, it is as simple as one ... two ... three. 1. NPO's so called apology was not presented by the exalted Clown Prince Chuckles nor even by the Fantabulous Clown Princess Mary. Each of them was given an almost-but-not-quite plausible excuse for their absense. This appears to be a set up for a typical NPO denial down the road to the effect that because it lacked their official stamp of approval, it did not not happen. 2. The apology is offered during a time of war, when NPO is getting its collected rear-end kicked around the proverbial block and one of the prime kickers is the apologee. 3. NPO is famous for smiling ever so sweetly while it carefully plans to shove a shiv into its next intended victim. TL;DR: Can you say "ploy"?
Do I sense a touch of paranoia?
 24.
I know and I care. More on topic, the people who caused the majority of the problems left the alliance soon after the war went south. The remaining, more moderate, government of old GOONS should have been allowed to surrender.
Lol, not that I expect much from LOLhouse but... I know its hard to see things even just a few feet away from you, but I think NPO has gone through the same transformation? More specifically, the government who declared war on GOONS and FAN arent the ones making the decisions now... So you cant moan about it being done to you, when you are now the ones doing it.
