They have not acknowledged requests and demands to withdraw forces from regions. A full list of grievances has been compiled. 1. Infringing on Selenarctos's national waters 2. Infringing upon Pen Island's sovereignty by sending a fleet to blockade the nation 3. Violating Pen Island's airspace 4. Tasking peacekeepers into Russia and Ukraine despite multiple demands to stay out of Europe 5. Intending to dispatch peacekeepers to Italy and infringe upon the nation's sovereignty 6. Entering in a brief, undeclared war with Dragonisia 7. Willfully trespassing upon territory under the jurisdiction of Drakoria and the FRG. Too long has Pax Pacis marauded about as the Police of the World. Too many times have they interfered with other nations without valid reason. We demand that Pax Pacis end it's aggressive actions by withdrawing its forces from Europe and the waters around Pen Island and Selenarctos. Should they fail to do so, we will cut off travel between Drakoria and Pax Pacis and enact an embargo. We encourage the rest of the world to help end Pax Pacis's aggressive escapades with similar measures. Violating Pen Island's airspace Our aircraft are maintaining CAP around our carriers which are in international waters and considering they are staying well out of range of any anti-aircraft weapons Pen Island has they are not violating Pen Island's airspace. 4. Tasking peacekeepers into Russia and Ukraine despite multiple demands to stay out of Europe Except Slavorussia has requested our presence in their nation to combat some hostile forces they are encountering and we will respond to their asking of assistance. 5. Intending to dispatch peacekeepers to Italy and infringe upon the nation's sovereignty Italy is showing that its government is willing to use lethal force against protestors which is unacceptable and so if it continues we would be obliged to render assistance to the civilians suffering from the attacks. 6. Entering in a brief, undeclared war with Dragonisia That war was started by the last government of Pax Pacis before I came to power and started the right of peace keeping in our nation. It was an attempt by anti-Pax Pacis forces to destroy us. I have answered your points and if you wish to reply to them please be my guess as for the embargo you may carry it out if you wish but we do not see it as being a problem. While we disagree with the validity of several points made by Drakoria, we share the sentiment of the Drakorians and ask other nations to join us in taking peaceful action against Pax Pacis." Why; sovereignty is an inherently right of a nation state. Its one of the fundamental principles of the international system beginning with the treaty of westphalia ending the thirty years war. I think continuing to question this matter is entirely reasonable until we receive an answer that satisfies us. As for the ultimatum itself we essentially agree. As a nation with its power focused in the Indian Ocean, and the western pacific we will continue to watch this situation and offer support if we deem it appropriate. Our only interest is seeing that the sovereignty of nations in the region continues to maintain its integrity as we view violations of the sovereignty of other nations to be an indirect threat to our own.
