Article 1 - Sharing of Beer Both nations agree to sell beer to each other at lesser prices as more beer is needed in the world. Article 2 - Purchase of Beer PRC agress to buy at least 30 hectolitres (or 3,000 litres) of beer from Bavaria per week and agrees to never buy beer from any other nation. Article 3 - Blockade of Beer Any nation that blockades the sale of beer shall no longer be recognised by both signing nations, beginning at the time the blockade is announced. Article 4 - Protection of Beer In the case of an attack on either signatory by a third nation, the other signatory may choose to defend the attacked nation (ODP clause) Article 5 - Celebration of Beer The Oktoberfest is the most important festival for Bavaria (and for beer) and as such PRC citizens can come to Bavaria during this festival for free (and having to pay only half the regular plane costs). JEDCJT
We wonder if we could purchase beers from Bavaria? The actual beer, not the treaty (though an economic treaty wouldn't be bad). With that, we congratulate Bavaria and the PRC on this finest treaty. OOC: =

Sargun II
Bavaria is saddened that New Zealand does not understand the importance and deliciousness of beer. Beer is important and delicious - but why is there a defense clause in this "beer" treaty?
Lynneth
Beer is important and delicious - but why is there a defense clause in this "beer" treaty? Because beer is that important. The clause is also optional. Edited July 28, 2009 by Lynneth
Sargun II
Because beer is that important. It's also optional. Optional meaning you will only use it in case of a curbstomp?
Lynneth
Optional meaning you will only use it in case of a curbstomp? Optional meaning that we will help if we feel it's necessary.
Sargun II
Optional meaning that we will help if we feel it's necessary. So, you would help as if you didn't have a treaty in the first place.
Lynneth
So, you would help as if you didn't have a treaty in the first place. Think what you will. But beer is still delicious.
