I honestly don't get how it's even possible for VE to be at 25% anarchy right now...in a nuclear war. I'm not going to say anything else, because to be honest the insults write themselves.

GG NpO. GG.

they have 372 wars, and only 6 people in peace mode.

Wow, only 27.9% of warring nations in anarchy after being attacked off guard 3:1 with a fabricated CB. That is impressive.

Wait a minute... I got my intel from Sigma again! DAMMIT!

Is it really that hard to launch nukes? Mathematically, VE should be at 40% anarchy. I don't evne know how NpO has managed to not get the extra 15% of VE in anarchy with instant-anarchy weapons like nukes. If you can explain it to me, go right ahead.

Are you sure you factored in everything properly? Inactive nations receiving attacks, SDI's wrecking arsenals, and nations that simply aren't even nuclear capable?

192 nations in NpO have MP's, which means AT LEAST 192 nations are nuclear capable. There are 372 wars between VE and polar. Factoring in the average 1 war per nation in VE, those numbers are simply too great to feel that a 27% anarchy rate is "right", SDI's or not. I just simply don't get it.

Looking at the title, I wasn't aware that you were that poor at spelling either.

As for your topic, who knows why they aren't going gung-ho with nukes yet, they've got them, and i'm sure they'll use them with time.

The NpO isn't very good at war. They continue to demonstrate this through their poor use of spy attacks [see: the spy screen], their fascination with nukes at too low and infra/wonder level [look how useful that is] and their lack of firepower in every war since [and including] noCB. I'm not too sure why people expect them to be military super powers. They are just your typical sanctioned alliance.
