The Jilted Lovers of Kroknia PactAn R&R - TCB Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Pact Preamble: The alliances of R&R and The Centurion Brotherhood (herein referred to as TCB) unite in this pact in the spirit of teamwork, defense, civility, and mutual understanding. Article I: On Intelligence and Espionage Neither alliance may directly participate in espionage on the other signatory of any form. If either of the signatories conducts espionage on the other signatory through means authorized by its alliance government, the treaty shall become void. Should either alliance obtain information pertaining to the security of the other alliance they are required to share this information. Article II: On Financial aid Both alliances are encouraged to participate in tech and donation requests among each other. If one alliance requests aid financially it is not mandatory to be completed by the other however it is encouraged. Article III: On Defense Both alliances agree to defend each other should the other alliance be attacked. This is mandatory, not optional. Article IV: On Aggression If one alliance pursues any aggressive action it is encouraged although not mandatory that the other alliance assist in the aggressive war. The alliance initiating the aggressive war must notify the other alliance no later than 24 hours in advance. Article V: Termination If either signatory violates any of the above articles or wishes to remove itself from the treaty, 72 hour notification shall be given in private before officially terminating the treaty.
