Our understanding is this is acceptable so long as nuclear weapons do not proliferate to non-nuclear regions. Do you have a copy of the treaty or policy, nobody distributed it to us. We would ask our Chinese Comrades where they were when our friends in Iran fell to the white death. Have you seen the news reports of mindless zombie swarms biting soldiers and medical personnel in other countries? Perhaps Tianxia has the money to finance advanced medical efforts, but we consider this cleansing of fire a blessing for the diseased, who would otherwise suffer for many days before dying. If Tianxia is serious about helping the sick, we ask that you send us advanced medical supplies to assist the less infected areas, rather than show off your jets to our soldiers. All the tribal divisions are locating in the dense mountains of the east; the mountain tribes are tough and independent, and have warred in the region for centuries. Because of the restrictive terrain of much of the east (excluding Kazakhstan), the tribal infantry hold a distinct advantage over tanks and armored personnel carriers confined to difficult and often dangerous mountain passes. The tribes are strongly loyal to the USSE, having achieved formal political autonomy and representation in the Soviet Congress, along with extensive arms support.
