Searching for an airforce

The Las Malvinas Island Territories is in need of an airforce with the ability to cover large tracts of land and ocean. Anti ship and anti air capibilities are a must.

Here is a list of aircraft my defence advisors have informed me would best suit the Needs of Las Malvinas:

* 195 SU-35 - Provided by the Slavorussian Empire
* 160 F-22'S
* 70 Multi Role Typhoon
* 60 Harrier
* 40 A-10's
* 25 AC-130 Gunships
* 40 B-1 Lancer
* 10 SR-71 spy jets

Selenarctos can construct the desired number of F22s at a cost of 143,000,000NSC per unit.

Arctica Motor Works is willing to provide B-1 Lancer units at a $285M price per unit. An installment plan is available but will require 10% down payment.

AMW also offers to supply AC-130 units with a similar payment plan.

Quarter Master Command is willing to sell the following systems on a ready to deliver basis:

SU-35 <- Mig35 (Formerly used by Royal Cochin Air Force)
AC-130 <Metac Aerial Artillery Platform (Used by Royal Cochin Air Force)

After reviewing the funds allocated defence for this year, we cannot afford to outright buy an airforce, however, would it be possable to purchase the blue prints for the named aircraft?

If a full air force is beyond your means right now, perhaps financing would help? Economic growth follows stability, and if Las Malvinas show potential, we're sure a suitable loan can be arranged through the Selenarctan Economic Division.

Solid system of government and sustained economic growth are two important factors, positive economic relations with Selenarctos are also beneficial. Perhaps if you'd care to send diplomatic representation, we could discuss the matters in further detail?

Quarter Master Command cannot sell you blue prints of the Mig35, but we can sell you the blue print and designs for Mig29 and Su30. We can also facilitate sale of fabrication tools from Gosree Aeronautics Ltd.
