A quack is just a quack and so on… That being said, the following treaty hereby creates a protectorate agreement in which Rubber Ducky Division agrees to extend its protection over the grand new alliance of The Eternal Order. This treaty is a beginning of a friendship between the two alliances which will continue to thrive and grow. Both alliances enter into this agreement of their own free and sovereign will. RDD welcomes our new friends into The Tub! [center][img] http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Lifeandhealth/Pix/pictures/2007/08/14/bubble5.jpg [/img][/center] [b]Article I: Sovereignty[/b] Rubber Ducky Division shall not attempt to infringe upon the sovereignty of The Eternal Order. They will not attempt to impose their will on the government of The Eternal Order. Rubber Ducky Division will provide advice and guidance if requested. RDD will also assist in foreign relations and be available for mediation if need be. The Eternal Order shall inform Rubber Ducky Division of any treaties they intend to enter into. While this treaty is in effect The Eternal Order agrees to have any of their nations that are on Yellow Team support Rubber Ducky Division’s candidate for Yellow Team Senate. In return Rubber Ducky Division agrees to provide cookies and quackery upon demand. [b]Article II: Camaraderie[/b] Both alliances agree to commit to peace, tolerance, respect, trust and above all, friendship between them. Any misconduct, dishonor or disrespect displayed by one party towards the other will be discussed in private venues, in a civilized manner and then dealt with accordingly. As the alliances share common beliefs and values they will at all times act accordingly to exemplify both honor and etiquette. The alliances agree to assist one another in the creation of trade circles if possible and to participate in mutually beneficial tech deals. Rubber Ducky Division will provide unlimited access to cookies, beer and warm bubble baths. Furthermore, if either signatory learns of a security breach or a credible threat to the other signatory they shall convey all information to the other signatory. Covert quacking may be used as a form of notification. Both alliances agree not to commit acts of espionage against the other. [center][img]http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd42/KittenMilitia/Ducky/111111.jpg[/img][/center] [b]Article IV: Peace[/b] Both parties renounce all forms of subjugation, oppression, manipulation or military action against the other and pledge to refrain from funding, supporting or participating in said acts, whether intra-alliance or inter-alliance. If a signatory violates this provision the offender will be ordered to offer peace as soon as possible and pay reparations equivalent to the total damages inflicted. Defending nations are required to refrain from retaliatory attacks while the two governments settle the matter. Should the attacking nation refuse to offer peace after their respective government has ordered it, continue the offensive or fail to pay appropriate reparations without credible explanation the attacking nation will be dealt with by their alliance accordingly. In addition neither signatory will impose or ask others to impose Senate-enforced sanctions against a constituent of the corresponding signatory. The Eternal Order agrees not to use products made from duck feathers. [b]Article V: Protection[/b] Rubber Ducky Division agrees to protect The Eternal Order against any and all aggressive acts committed against them by other alliances. Should aggression be taken against The Eternal Order, Rubber Ducky Division agrees to come to their aid. Said aid shall in the form of, but not limited to, military and financial assistance as well as moral support. Rubber Ducky Division shall also assist in negotiating peace and reparations for any member of The Eternal Order that comes under attack. The Eternal Order shall notify Rubber Ducky Division 24 hours in advance of any aggressive action they may take against another alliance. The withdrawing alliance must notify the government of the countersigned, through the appropriate private channels, seventy-two (72) hours prior to their desired time of termination. The exception to the 72 hour window will occur if either party breaches an article of this document, their signatures on the treaty will be considered void, unless previously agreed upon by both alliances. If an attack is made on either party during seventy-two (72) hour grace period this treaty will remain in effect seventy-two (72) hours after the conflict concludes.
