IC: Gregor Eivanov himself, the leader of the Drei Macht, rarely went out to conduct diplomatic discussions--that was usually done by the other two military leaders. However, today he would himself be meeting the Blue Heaven ambassador at their embassy in Reisengrad, to discuss Blue Heaven-Isara Alliance relations. Two armoured cars flanking a smaller car (which one could see was still armoured) pulled in front of the Blue Heaven embassy. Out of the smaller car stepped Gregor Eivanov, as always in his military attire (supposing Amina Poinsetia had taken the time to learn a bit about Isara, she would know this to be the standard attire of the Drei Macht). "I hope you are finding the embassy and Reisengrad to your expectations." He waited until Amina sat in the other chair, and then said "So, I understand Blue Heaven wishes to discuss diplomacy? The Isara Alliance's military was as good as he could hope for, but alas, it was not qualified in terms of technology. "Well, we are currently developing our military," he replied. "Though it is currently not as developed as we would like, several projects are planned to be implemented which, hopefully, will boost our military to match others in technology." Yan Sukov was sent to Disparu as the Isaran ambassador. The Kriegland embassy has been prepared, and we await the arrival of Herman Nickolaus and his group.
