Any nations who wish to have an embassy in the Alliance may do so by filling out this application. Pyotr Vatutin and a diplomatic delegation would arrive at Isara Alliance capital and set about to start the functioning of the Embassy of Cochin. We will be sending Sandrik Laliashvili to Marscurian Pakistan as our ambassador. [/quote] The ambassador was received by an Isaran representative, as well as a couple of guards, and was escorted to his embassy, where he and his delegate would be free to do as they wished.
