Article 2 Both signatories agree to refrain from attacking each other while this treaty stands in place. If an attack occurs, both alliances agree to work out reasonable reparations for the attack, to be valued at no more than 150% of the damage done. Article 3 In the case of this pact no longer suiting the two signatories, proper notice of the cancellation of this agreement must be given. This pact may be canceled for any reason, but the terms shall remain in effect for seventy-two hours from the date it is canceled.
