To Halt Undue Aggression

While you are technically at war with Drakoria and as such the coalition defending it we will let you off with a warning this time however one more mistake and our patience will have met its end.

"There has been no decleration of war by either Drakoria or Pax Pacis and regardless Pax Pacis forces have now left the area and are on the way home. There is no need to keep threatening us".

The positioning of armed forces in Drakoria is viewed as a de facto declaration of war in our eyes. We wished to avoid actual military clashes by having you remove those peacekeepers.

We are not threatening you. We are simply stating that we will not press the issue this time. However, this may not be repeated if such actions are repeated.

"Yes you were threatening us please don't try and deny it. Also if you had seen it as a decleration of war why didn't you reveal that knowledge to us and the rest of the world regardless we will leave you alone now so you should leave us alone".

We assumed that our point would be made if we informed you that we would arrest your peacekeepers on Drakorian territory after a certain time frame. We also feared that if you knew we considered ourselves at war with you, you would have attacked and shed the blood of innocents and soldiers alike.

"Then you feared wrongly. If we wanted war we would have sent a large force of soldiers and armoured vehicles this was a force to provide peace. But enough of this we will have no more to do with you. let us just end communications here".

"As Arctican understanding of the events would have it, Pax Pacis had military forces stationed in Drakorian territory without their permission for the purpose of conducting security operations. This was a clear violation of their sovereignty, and given Pax Pacis' tendency for overseas intervention, not unintentional (you have admitted yourselves earlier that the sovereignty of other nations was not a big concern) and, by extension - at least by Arctican standards; we cannot speak for the Drakorians - and act of war. This means that Pax Pacis was the aggressor, which resulted in mobilization of several armies. There may have been no declaration of war, but the war was being prepared for.

However, since the Croatians have decided to rescind their questionable 'surrender terms' and Pax Pacis has reviewed its interventionist policy, there is no reason for this to be a controversy anymore. All is well and everyone should be a little wiser for having averted a disaster so closely.

That being said, the embargo to be put in place tomorrow on Pax Pacis by Arctica will not last indefinitely, but only a week, at which time tourism and trade will resume (or begin) should Pax Pacis be in agreement."

OOC: Well, you people post fast. I had begun writing this right after the post I quoted, so assume it came around that time.

"Artica may do as they like tourism and trade can begin if Artica wishes. It matters not to us".

"We have no reason to pay you anything as we caused no injuries or damages to your nation. We are also entitled to maintain our forces as they are of course if you do wish to attack us I can inform the Dragon Empire that they should prepare their forces as we are curently under their protection oh and we shall also contact Promised Land too".

"Your a bigger fool than I thought your not the only one allied to DE and don't think ur powerful ,so as i said before stay in your place".

These terms are nothing but threatening and bullying - Pax Pacis has admitted their mistake and done what you demanded. Now these additional demands are beyond unreasonable. You talk about respecting the sovereignty of nations and then go ahead and attempt to slap unreasonable and unneeded demands on a nation that has already been picked on by the entire world. Drop them.
They were requested by Slavorussia and Slavorussia believed it was Slavorussian territory. Pax Pacis was caught in the middle of a three-way push for land and by siding with one immediately earned the hostilities of the other two. That they were in the "sovereign territory" was your belief, not theirs. They were fighting for higher standards of care of citizens: preventing deaths, helping stability, assisting an ally. That you have suddenly become hostile to Pax Pacis for their use of their military as they seem fit is strange.

Either way, all of New Zealands waters are closed to any ship, be it military or economic, from all of the nations supporting these terms.

"On this point we agree with New Zealand."

"Pax Pacis believed it was violating no one's sovereignty, but when their mistake was pointed out, they withdrew from the area in question. Mistake is over, lesson learned. Enough outcry."

I believe the area in question here is a city named Rostov-on-Don, sometimes called Rostov City. It’s a city we have control and administrative power over, the river, which is part of two canals, one that connects the Volga and Don rivers and the other that connects the Caspian Sea and the Sea of Azov is the only thing that is sovereign territory of another nation, so unless Pax Pacis let their soldiers swim in the river they haven’t trespassed into any other country.

As most of you know we’re currently being engaged by communist insurgents from the former CSSR in the aforementioned city. It’s an especially difficult thing to do mainly because the insurgents are targeting civilians as well as our military. In recent memory we haven’t been forced to fight around our own loyal citizens our commanders hoped that enlarging the military presence in the city would frighten the insurgents enough to surrender.

If Pax Pacis intruded into the river, and so far we haven’t seen proof that they have, but if they did, Slavorussia’s government and military command take full responsibility. In the confusion we didn’t take the time to explain the situation with the river, and it’s link to the canal. We were far more concerned with protecting civilians and law enforcement from insurgent attacks than we were about a few kilometers of water.

Anyway we appreciate the help from Pax Pacis. The short time they were there, they helped us arrest dozens of insurgents. The number of civilian, military and insurgent deaths has decreased considerably thanks to your efforts.

Again we take responsibility for the alleged soldiers who may or may not have trespassed into the river. There should have been more foresight used on our part, and we should have informed foreign soldiers about the situation.

Then we shall not sail into their waters.

Then we await this image.

OOC: Airspace in RL extends 100 miles above a nation, and since territorial waters extend 50 miles out from a nation, airspace would continue 100 miles above the water in these areas. :OOC

Our airspace expands to 100 miles above our territory, which includes the 50 mile territorial water around our nation, unless another nation is within this gap, in which case it is split down the middle of the amount of water between us.

"A clarification: They actually ignored multiple demands to pull out before they realized how big this had gotten."

OOC: This can die now

No, they honestly believed they were in Slavorussian territory.

OOC: Yeah, pretty much moot. But even RL nations will argue a point long after it moot.
