Icheliebebrad
It's based off the use of nuclear weapons basically.
Alonzo
The more nukes used during a period of time, the more we get to suffer. 3 and half stars is the new 5 stars

KingEsus
I'd like to thank admin for the resurrection of this feature, it makes me feel that the whole world is 'linked' together. Its good to see these effects played out on a global level.

Its good to see these effects played out on a global level. I 100% agree with this opinion. I didn't like when it was removed(though I understood why), and I'm glad it's back. Luckily I have some Border Walls this time around so it doesn't affect me as much as it used to.
Vlad Dracula
I've seen it bounce from 3.88 to .12 and back to 1.73 all in a matter of minutes. Is this who it is going to work? A fluctuating scale that moves with every refresh? Vlad
