It takes 3000 infra and 300 tech to purchase a MP. If the nation with MP loses infra or tech to below those levels, can they still buy nukes? Or do they have to wait until they get back above those levels??

I just changed from the white team to purple. I made a trade and did not get the team bonus. I know from previous experience that you have to change colors first, which I did. The nation I traded with is Ethelredia. I edited my nation, changed to purple, then, immediately, accepted the trade. The trade was accepted, but I did not get a bonus. I know the work around is to redo the trade, but this should not have happened. thx shingo

I know that and that is what I really am trying to find out. How many are stopped before one gets through. I am sure it is pretty random, but I was hoping someone who had used it would chime in. For those of us that have not seen it used, we can only speculate.

I am pretty sure you do not believe everything you read. I know I don't. That is why I was asking for someone who has had it field tested.

For those of you with a SDI wonder and have had it tested, I would like to know how effective it is. thx
