Sir Keshav IV
Official Announcement from the Board of Directors of Manchuria Esteemed Guests, Citizens and rest of the World, Manchuria has been a peaceful nation since our inception. The United Francoist Empire helped us when we began by forming the first board of directors. Though we worked for the Empire we were a sovereign state governed by a Board of Directors and we face no problems. During the last war we couldn't fight because we had allies on both sides(OOC: I was IRL) and we decided to stay neutral. But since the fall of UFE there have been some issues from Neo Japan on our sovereignty. We have been independent and shall always be so, but in the sake of Peace we Redeclare ourselves as a nation. If they still wish to lay claim over all of Manchuria it will be only through arms. -Signed Managing Director- Keshav Executive Director- Megan Fox

Sumeragi
It seems to be so...why, though? Do you have any problems with that? For Korea has southern Manchuria. We're asking for clarification.

Sir Keshav IV
To The Northern Empire's question- We wish the remaining lands to turn into protectorates and not part of any major empire. RUSSIA is held in our highest regards and we will most probably be there to always support them. To Altin Urda's question- We have mis-worded the announcement so please forgive us we shall edit it. hawk11
Yes, southern Manchuria is indeed in possession of Korea as it was a land conquest of Palintine which changed hands during the Great Land Transaction.
