Krunk the Great Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 (edited) We the General Assembly, of the League of Small Superpowers (Hereafter the 'Mother Alliance'), in order to train up our members in the art of war, establish a common knowledge of the ways of war, insure tranquility within the Mother Alliance, and secure the blessings of many more birthdays to come,do ordain and establish this Charter for the Tournament Edition of the Mother Alliance known by the moniker of TenLoSS (Henceforth known as the 'Daughter Alliance'). Let it be known and enacted by the Honorable Dwthegreat, Desert_Ratz, and Krunk the Great, being respected members of the Governing Body of the Mother Alliance, and the incredibly awesome JustLooking, being a respected member of the Governing Body of CapaxLegio, That the Daughter Alliance shall henceforth into perpetuity be a sovereign alliance in TE until such time as either the Mother or Daughter alliances should disband for any reason. All admissions and admission requirements are handled by MrAwesome Article II: The Government Structure A. The Voice of Reason (Triumvir Of the Exterior) ---The Foreign Affairs Minister is head over all foreign affairs in this branch of the League of Small Superpowers and may or may not hold actual position within the standard structure of the Mother Alliance. He/she is in charge of all treaties and is head of all diplomatic efforts. All triumvirate positions are advisory to each other and are equal in decision-making power. B. LSAF Commander (Triumvir of Battle) ---The LSAF Commander is head over all military operations in this branch of the League of Small Superpowers and may or may not hold actual position within the standard structure of the Mother Alliance. He/she is in charge of all DoW's and organizing attacks and strikes. All triumvirate positions are advisory to each other and are equal in decision-making power. C. Lord Protector of the Holy Flame (Triumvir of the Interior) ---The Lord Protector is head over all internal operations in this branch of the League of Small Superpowers and may or may not hold actual position within the standard structure of the Mother Alliance. He is in charge of the Internal Stability of the Alliance. All triumvirate positions are advisory to each other and are equal in decision-making power. Should the Lord Protector be removed from his position, let it be known that the name is a copyright of Krunk the Great and shall be changed from that moment should it come D. MrAwesome ---MrAwesome is head over all recruitment efforts in this branch of the League of Small Superpowers and may or may not hold actual position within the standard structure of the Mother Alliance. He/she is in charge of getting and retaining membership within the alliance. E. Triumvirate Clause --Let it be notarized that the first three listed positions have supreme authority in matters of the alliance. MrAwesome has government rights and may advise as he wishes but his signature is not required for matters not directly concerning his power.
