Thijsland
Im in a nuclear war, but my SDI is not repelling any nuclear attacks. Is it possible for me to regain 60% of my losses (4 nuke attacks)? The persons im fighting against have perfectly working SDI's and thats making my war pretty hard. thaone
You're just out of luck, some SDI's stop 14 nukes in a row and some behave like yours, that's the way it goes.
Vetinari
Indeed. Remember, if a SDI offers a 60% chance to stop an incoming attack, that does not mean it is going to stop 6 of 10 missiles. The RNG is going to call it a stop if it hits within that 60. It's easily possible to roll outside of that number, as you can see.
SynthFG
Simply put dice don't have memory Didn't someone have an SDI stop 14 or so nukes in a row during the last war, guess your just the law of averages evening out
deathcat
I had a 89% success rate. Though its random.. I doubt my "luck" will continue forever DC pulls out the his Loaded Dice and lends them to Thijsland. I might suggest turning yours back into the manufacturer... I heard they were made with parts from a model that didn't get Admin's Approval
